Cammi, too funny! Can't sit in that dress.
Sassy-flash, thinking of you:
-
Luv--good one.
2nd I know Sas whatever is going to radiate her must be powerful. my brother had to stay in and away from everyone for a number of days too and his voice was so raspy, but he never said what they gave him, I thought he was making it up so he wouldn't be bothered, cuz I never heard of such a thing. Crazy I know.
-
Happy Easter LilGoats!
-
Maddy 2ta, just love the name thing,
Teka thanks for bringing it forward LOL Chevy I know your real name , so Chevy is...drum roll...
"Daffodill Sunshine" (chevy) So, suits you as a gardener. But do daffodills grow in Colorado?
Great dinner, but everyone already gone.
Neighbor will take Schatzi tomorrow , then another friend the next few days. Technically, they don't worry about animals, but Shats is glued to my side and at bedtime. For humans, I'm supposed to be 6 ft away the first 72-78 hours. Cami, it's like Katie Kat. Except Katie Kat is glued to your neck that would even be worse. I will send DBF with Shats for a few hours to acclimate the neighbor b/c it's going to be a frequently visiting cousin who's home tomorrow evening. Shats will not get why she can't come home. She'll have this low level whine the whole time, didn't warn them about this, will tomorrow.
Dear brother saw pics that a full 2nd cousin sent with biography data back to 1876. He's(DB) the keeper now with instructions to copy and send to other family members. Very cool. and old. The 1876 pics look like Lincoln style dress. They will do right by getting them to other family members outside the nuclear family i.e to the cousins. They are very good with color printing and copying.
Chevy, the scarves are beautiful, but I will have to be creative in how to wear them. Here in Florida they would be considered very dressy. We rarely, get that dressed up, but I promise they will get used. LOL, even if I have to get out of shorts and short sleeves.
Badger, sssssoo funny it was a DUH moment(couple of weeks) thanks for the PM. Then it was OH yeah moment.
DBF home, family time -----Love you all

Ha Ha! I GOT it now! Yes miss Sassypants! Me! Daffodil Sunshine.... You kow Jackie has always called me "sunny".... So that be me!
Yes, I have LOTS of Daffodils right now, even miniature ones...! I feel so bad for your dogs! I had to call home every day when we were in Orlando, and Lacee stayed with Rosie and Jim! I missed her sooooo much! She just didn't know..... why we left her! Oh well.... She is with me forever now....
I know.... about the scarves! But I wear them all the time... Just dresses me up a little, with a light jacket... I told DD in Orlando she could have her pick, and she said ...
"MOM! Don't forget I live in Florida!" Little Brat! They aren't "winter" at all.... Just light, and fluffy, and beautiful....Maybe at night you could wear them? They are pretty fragile, and will catch on zippers, etc... so be careful.... I mean don't go gardening, or doing house cleaning or anything....

DAFFODIL SUNSHINE!
-
Oh Chevy such a great pic--Daffodil Sunshine.
Teka oh so thank you for keeping the warm and fuzzy thread going. It's exactly as I envisioned. Easy, happy, beautiful, silly, goofy, poignant., minimal talking. Teka you are the keeper of the thread, you wonderful lady, you so understand the goal
. The last post from Avia(?) says it's working. It will make so many sisters happy that NEED to deal with just that b/c they can't process more cuz of life's problems Bless you
and to all others who post there.

ah, dinner was great....,
-
thank you for letting me have my giggles today, beats crying!
-
Maddy, why didn't you get in the photo with DH ?
-
because I don't want to embarrass myself!
-
we know you are a very attractive woman, the photos from your S. Ca bc ladies luncheon....I hope you do not mind me teasing you...I am guessing that is not DH, because he is cleaning the kitchen, just like mine...lol..
Speaking of blunders, I thought someone would call me on it. I said in a earlier post, something like, I thought I was losing my mine....( chemo brain ) I meant to say "mind". I thought for sure, Cami, Chevy, you would pick up on that & call me on it.
-
I didn't want to *embarrass* You!
-
I got some pretty thick skin, sadly though its dry & yucky looking presently..
Pocket Party for Miss Sassafass, I am bringing day old eggs...I hope someone will bring dark chocolate...
-
Maddy u could never embarrass u'rself. u stinker, I love looking at pics of all of u, then I get the feeling of whom I'm talking to and it's so nice. Of course u'll never see my face on here now that's embarrassing. Oh what a day, Joey with his foot, my SIL with a pinched nerve by his neck, my DD coming down with a cold and me doubled p in pain--Then my cousin calls me to tell me he can pick me up and drive me home whenever I feel like it, he just lives 5 min. from here--I felt like crap so I missed out on that--now I feel better and of course Joey sleeping==he's hobble in every so often to check on me, they made a big ham dinner that hardly got eaten and Joey saw me looking sad and said Mammaw life can be a lot worse than we have it, so we have to be thankful we have each other. That little brat--I said Wait I'm supposed to say that, and he said well sometimes I have to say these things BABY GIRL!!! WTF, now I'm being raised by my GS. Oh well so I was in another day, I just love seeing my cousins tho they are all so special to me.
I've got another Dr.s app't tomorrow afternoon, same ole same ole, they love to give me another problem and without putting a name to it. Them: Hmm let's see, is this were it hurts (pressing down hard) Me: OMG stop, stop, Them: well what is the pain level from 1-10? Me: Well OMG is pretty high up there so I'd say 12. like I said same ole sameole. Oh I have said well stick a knife right there and we'll see what's worse, if that tells u anything. So I do change up my answers even tho the questions are the same. OK I'm ranting again and on a Special day--Sorry
OK I'm sure everyone is resting now and I do hope everyone had a great day.

Hi1, gee thanks, you're making me cry. I can take the ribbing, y'all here aren't mean, you're family. (And no, that isn't DH, his head and facial hair are a different color! Sad to say, but my DH could match bellies, they're similar.) Cool porch, we don't have one (not typical for Cali,at least here), wish we did.
No, DH isn't cleaning the kitchen...... I just wish. He made a big deal yesterday for me to get a whole chicken so he could BBQ last night for dinner (I can cook pretty well, but I suck at grilling.) Also picked up beef and chicken ka-bobs to cook, that got him mad. He slept thru dinner so I made the ka-bobs with couscous for DD and me. Plus cleaned the kitchen. DH said all weekend he would make waffles for breakfast (DD wanted pancakes for breakfast Friday, DH wanted them for dinner that night). That didn't happen, and I cleaned the kitchen. Made a big dinner for Easter (spiral ham, scalloped potatoes, candied yams and fresh green bean casserole) AND DD just had to make choc chip cookies while I getting everything ready. Cleaning as I went.... DH says he'll do wishes but they're just sitting so guess who will also be doing that?
Thanks for letting me vent and whine....
Sorry if I messed up anyone's special day....
Not correcting anyone on this thread unless it's for clarification, I get corrected enough on the games threads.......

Hole I just assumed u owned a mine and financially u were loosing it. It's believable.
-
Maddy & all hooty INSOMNIACS, we are family & I love you all & appreciate how much you have helped me through this time...How lucky I was to find you all...
Cami, did you tell Joey I wanted to spoil him for Easter? He is an old soul. Yes, I own a mine...the word is out, was keeping it a secret but its cool, we have known each other long enough to share these kinda personal details...
-
Owlettes, fun Easter!
*Hugs*
-
thanks, Hi1 and other Owlettes: I could use all the family I can get, ready to trade mine (not mind) in for an updated version, one without stupid limitations.
Love it Teka!
-
Teka
Hole I notice u didn't tell us what kind of mine u own. Hmmm we shall speculate.
Oh 2nd u wouldn't trade a thing, well maybe a couple of things.
-
oh yes I would!
-
The Party's over, it's time to call it a day lalalalalaala
