suzieq, sorry for that. We'll pass it along to the tech team also and will come to you as soon as we know from them.

Actually, when you click login and it takes you to the login page, it seems to have already logged you in without entering your password - very odd. I haven't set my pc to remember the password.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click Login up in the right hand top corner
2. log in page is displayed and a message saying you have logged in successfully is displayed.
3. Your username is filled in (because I have ticked 'remember my user name') , the password field is blank
Don't laugh, I'm a software engineer, so am used to describing it so other IT people understand

-
Just went back in and I did have to enter my password this time - totally weird.
-
Just exited (ie closed internet explorer) went to the login page and voila - didn't have to enter my password - so now I am totally confused.
-
If you go another web site and then come back, you have to enter your password. If you close the browser, you don't have to enter it when you go back to the login page. Either way something is very wrong.
-
Ok - new update. It seems to be intermittent that you have to enter your password. Just tried both of the above and didn't have to enter it, even though I think I should have.
-
Even when it says you are logged in, you can still enter your password and click log in - then it actually seems like it does really log you in and you are taken to some welcome page.
-
OK -- we're taking all of this into account and should have a remedy soon...Thanks Susieq!
-
Another issue....
I checked a few forums and notice that none of the threads that are supposed to be pegged to the top of a forum are staying put. They are all moving down the list as other threads are active.
-
Thanks Beesie -- we noticed this too, and have reported it to the tech team!
-
I can now confirm, if you click login - it does log you in automatically without entering your password - this morning I could see notifications of postings in my favourite topics after I clicked login.
-
The whole log in thing is really broken. Ok, I log in and it takes me to the latest forum I viewed, but I don't want to go there, I have my favourite forum bookmarked in IE and I entered the site via that link. So I choose my favourite from IE again and uh oh, I have to log in again even though I didn't leave the site. I wouldn't write code this bad

-
I love the new problems with the log in - shhh!! I don't have to log in anymore. Ok, maybe posting pics got easier on my Mac. Let me try: NOPE
-
Taking all of this in and sending to tech, who is continually working on fixing these issues. Hang tight.
-
Thanks Mods - it's back to not requiring the password - crazy

-
Kam - sometimes you have to log in, sometimes you don't.
-
I am one of those who has to always log in every time I come to the website…

-
Marie, we must look suspicious. I have to log in every time too!
-
I tried to upload a pic to a thread, it failed. I am always on my iPhone, it has the current IOS, 7 I think?
Thanks!
-
Spookiesmom, did you get an error message with your failed upload? What did it say? Can you usually upload pics?
-
Yup, I'm having to log in, also and it says I'm logged in, without password! Also if I get to the over 60 page The pictures don't come up all the time. takes me forever to get there and be able to post, and see the pics! Yes , yesterday really messed things up. Very frustrating! Jean
-
Mods - some of the threads don't open at my last reading place. They seem to go back several posts.
-
Yes, the error message just says upload failed, BCO system.i can upload pics that are on my phone, or could. Sometimes it took. FOREVER and I'd give up.
-
Pics seem to be working now, thanks!
-
I get to the topic I want by making a new bookmark. Otherwise I get a notice, there is no such website!
Jean
-
We're glad that worked for you, bonnets! The techs are still working on the various fixes.
-
Getting sick of having to click login every time I come here - still not required to enter the password which worries me.
-
Sorry suzieq60 for the continuing problem and we appreciate your patience. It sounds repetitive but we have sent the issue to the tech team.
Best wishes,
The Mods
-
Mods -- I'll take your answer given to Suzieq, but had just thought before I came here to let you know my needing to login each time was still on-going. I know the techs have a whole list of issues -- so no need to reply to this since Suzieq's answer already fits.

I'm having that same log-in problem every time I come back to the website. I have to log in, then log out, and then log in again.
Hope tech can get to it; I know you are all busy and I so appreciate this website.
