My sister is living with me until she finds a place of her own. 1 1/2 years ago the bank foreclosed on her townhouse, back then I could now have her live with us, she had 2 cats and I had 1, plus I didn't have the room. Now I do. -
Aw, Sandy, I do, too. I'll be thinking of you Tuesday. ♥ -
Hope so hope so hope so, Sandy!
Looks yummy, Deb.
I wanted to post a pic, but I don't know how now. When I tried to link to a pic, I got an X. When I tried to insert a link, I got nothing. When I tried to upload a pic, it would never finish. Is it just me or am I doing something wrong? -
Chris, the "tools" do not seem to work. I have tried many times to load a photo and nothing happens.
and it can erase your draft before sending.
Sandy, wear those big pockets for your appointment. Will be with you through your test and hope to hear results that shed light on the problem.
Off to bed...I love Fridays - don't have to be in to work as early.
Nite all...

Sandy, hope you are getting some sleep...I was actually "put out" for my cath last year. I was surprised they did that but I never knew a thing. Everybody's different ... just know my thoughts and prayers, and I'm sure everyone's here will be focused on you both days. The pocket's getting full....
BIG hugs xoxo -
I saw my 3 grandaughters and one grandson today (Sunday)...only for 3 hours, but it was enough to make me joyful again.
Caroline (2) was so loving and seemed to know our time was special. She sat with me all day and I got to smoosh her chubby legs ... delicious! It was a happy day...Charlotte (5) was a bit reserved but she was playing with the big girls and I had fun watching. The birthday party was in CT for Riley (8) - perfect weather, just enough kids, and an animal lady who brought sweet little creatures that were huggable and charming. (awwwwwww) except for the mega-cockroaches that raced on a blanket...the girls were brave...fed live worms, wore a boa constrictor, and hugged a chinchilla.
When I put Caroline in her car seat to go back to MA, I said I'd be up to visit her in a few weeks. She said "you gonna miss me???"
I needed this day... -
Thinking of you Sandy.
I have my yearly diagnostic mamm tomorrow morning (well, actually > THIS morning since it is Monday already). I'll be glad when that's over.
Awww, Joan ..... such beautiful moments with the little ones.

So good you can help your sister, Deb.
Glad you had that time with the kids, Joan.
Got to spend time with DD yesterday at her Ballroom Dancing competition. She did pretty well - not as well as she wanted or expected to (her teammates built up her expectations), but still well. Of the 8 dances she did, she got to the final round 6 times - came in 3rd, 4th, 5th (or maybe 4th again - she has a 5th place ribbon, but I thought they announced she and her partner got 4th place....) and 6th 3 times. This was out of 8 finalist couples out of a total of 28-34 couples competing in each type of dance in the Newcomer category. Other schools attending were BU, Brown, Clark University, Holy Cross, Columbia, Harvard, MIT, Northeastern, Quinnipiac, Rhode Island College, Stony Brook, Trinity, and Tufts. So, pretty good. She needs to find her inner Latina and get those hips moving more - lol.

It seems to have been quiet here. I've been gone for a week and I actually read through the posts and still have time to reply. I haven't tried to post a picture with the new tools yet.
Sandy, I hope everything went well for you Tuesday. I had that procedure done in 2006. I was not put fully asleep and when they were ready to burn I could hear my cardiologist tell me to stop breathing and remain still. I could feel the warmth when they did it, but it was not painful. Weird but not painful. I did get huge black bruises where they inserted the catheters
Sheila, I would also like to hear more from you!
Diane, I hope the visit has been tolerable.
