notself - I was kidding.

Very liberal and 12/13 on science quiz. Nice way to start the day.
-
WOODY????? whoa, whad' I miss. Sampson? Ativan? E you look GORGEOUS! Flat out gorgeous.
Alexandria - CHANGE THE VENUE? a bad dream, right? a week b4 the event? no other comment - zept "oy, vazesmere" -can't imagine..but then I was never very imaginative.
Yup, another Liberal Democrat - gotta go back & check what I did wrong on science - just got a 75% didin't read all the breakdowns...
Strangely Fall like here - but then it HAS been a strange year weatherwise - one of the Farmer's Almanacs has me thinking of moving SOUTH. Just kidding, but saving up for the heating oil started NOW

-
Nitrogen? really. oh, well...
-
I'm kinda old for MTV but channel surfing landed me a front row seat and for some reason I stopped surfing long enough to see a totally bizarre spectacle of Miley Cyrus gyrating and.........well it was just weird and really bad.
Elvis we miss you. -
Alexandria - why oh why would you need to change the venue at this late date? That sounds - well - CRAZY!!!! Would you send out new invitations?
-
-
Alexandria - Why the venue change??? I hope it doesn't come to that!
Pip - I spent a lot of time yesterday thinking about Sampson's situation, and when I got home from the show I tried loading him backwards. It worked! He's backwards in so many ways, so loading him that way just made sense. :-)
-
E, I think your "blind date" was very handsome, but no horse can compare to Sampson!

Alexandria, I also don't understand a change of venue at this late date. Sounds like total chaos!

OT, do we have a topic?, but does anybody here know how CoolBreeze is doing? She left the boards a long time ago, but I was hoping she'd check in from time to time.
-
Liberal Democrat and I missed two on the science one because I did not click the answers. Chemo brain strikes again.
-
The day the Patriot Act was passed, I thought it went to far in restricting civil liberties. It appears public opinion is beginning to catch up.

-
15/15 on the science - reflecting my good PUBLIC education
The atmospheric answer stayed with me all of these years because it is so counterintuative. More liberal than the most liberal. How do you a load a horse backwards? Do you pull on his tail? You look pretty cool up there E. Beautiful, in fact.
Alexandria - I hope the wedding troubles will be resolved.
Fall like here in California too - despite the raging fire in Yosemite. Might only get to the low 70's today and rightfully it could/should be in the low 90's.

Jindal....another could have been, who is now over, out and done with as he lost any standing or credibility some time ago and as of late is just heaping on more kindling to help make sure. Some of these people are just incredible. Seems to me they neither hear WHAT they are saying and UNDERSTAND none of it. If they listened to themselves --- just now and then, they might actually start to understand just what is destroying the Republican party.

Kam - our trailer is a slant load, so the horses face forward and slightly to the left, maybe a 45 degree angle or thereabouts. Typically we'd lead them in, hook them up, and then close the partition before loading the next horse. With Sampson, I led him in, turned him around so that he's facing backwards and to the right, and then closed the partition. He's my special boy.

Hello Kitty!

-
Too cute, Yorkie. Is that your cat?
-
No, GG, but I wish! I think DH only wants dogs. He does not like kitty litter and won't, nor will I, have an outdoor cat. But what a cutie!
-
GGG, we are not only edjumacated, we are concerned for our fellow beings, the environment and all around awesome beings!!

Good piece re: Donald Trump tonight on NBC. Of course, he is not and never was someone that I could feel much for unless it was complete distaste. Caught with his hand in the cookie jar again and of course the President helped cook up the scheme to GET him. He is imho a huge sleaze-bag desperately in need of a toupee' that works.
Anyway --- he came on strong in the morning news protesting his innocense and is laying-low pretty much since he knows he is not. Obviously I don't care much for him. I think he takes up way too much of the worlds' air supply.
Jackie
even my spell checker wouldn't stick around while I was talking about him. That is really bad, huh !!!
