Thanks for the thanks, Blue. Wouldn't it be nice if the whole world could deal with diivisive issues by being adult and civilized?

I just got the results of my blood/urine test. High protein levels and blood in urine. Do any of you know if that is something I should be concerned about?
-
Bladder/kidney infection maybe?
Edited to add-Have you increased your exercise level lately? I just remembered this happened to my son when he started training for cross country running in high school.

I have been packing up the house for our move. I would love for that to be the problem.

Of course, my mind goes to...well you all know where.
-
Pip -- Yes, we know indeed where our minds go. Sometimes best not to check with Dr. Google before discussing with a real doctor. One of my blood tests came back with high liver enzymes. My mind wandered to Dr. Google and I panicked, natch! My onc and I agreed (after a follow-up test which was normal) that it was probably because of the 2-3 glasses of wine I'd had the night before the test
. Won't do that again!So....if you're feeling great, you're probably just fine
. -
Thanks for the calming words. I have been doing a lot of physical work lately AND not drinking enough wine!
-
Stay calm and talk to your doctor, pip. I imagine the stress of moving could also affect your body.

tee, hee - "the otter woman" - love it. Also LOVE the wheel barrow full of flowers. And the Ali quote.
Pip- having gotten my knickers in a real twist by test results - I now INSIST on a retest, as so much of the blood work I've had done locally has been OFF THE WALLS wrong. Know where what's left of our respective minds go - but talk yourself down from the ceiling - until you KNOW - for sure, what the REAL numbers are. Meanwhile, rant away! BARTENDER we need you

Good Afternoon Everyone,
It's been a lovely day. Ran some errands in a neighboring town and treated myself to some new colored pencils at the Hobby Lobby!
Tomorrow ... unless we get a tornado ... I need to start mowing. I have so much to do, it will take a few days to get it all done. arghhh. Even with a riding mower for most of it, I still don't enjoy it anymore.
Pip ... That would scare me too. I have no idea what the test results mean. I always check Dr. Google and end up wishing I had not done it. I'm sure you're going to be okay. Please try not to worry too much.
Blue ... Love the picture of the otters. I've been thinking about our "Otter" lately and wondering what she's up to.
Hope everyone is having a good day.
hugs,
Bren

Guess who takes after hs grandma......always laughing!

-
Way too adorable, but then so many babies are. Betting his smile always lights up the room. Smile genes -- great things to have.
Got hotter than Hades here....well not so hot, only 94 which in our shaded woods is never all that bad....its the humidity from all the recent rains. Sponge time.
Pip.....I'd check, but if nothing else is going on I'd take that as a good sign.
I like that wheelbarrow of flowers as well.
Well off to see the wizard, oops, no...........just off for a short visit to the other side of our lake. See you all later.

Alexandria - we do agree. Originally, I was having a gut reaction to Alan Dershowitz...he's my perfect example of Israel is always right. Even worse, though, is the unholy alliance you speak of. Talk about knee jerk reactions. Sort of the same "If Obama does it, then it must be wrong" algorithm.
-
Blue ... Philip is so cute ... he does look like you!
hugs,
Bren

Hi ladies. Just have time to read lately. The house with the garden didn't work out. Driving to Olympia to check one out now.
-
-
-
GG - so sorry. Something'll turn up.
-
whoa...GG...more patience pills being produced...they fizzle when you drop'em in ginger ale, and you think you're drinking Champagne...bartender, more ginger ale please. But, seriously, THIS IS SO STRESSFUL...reading how the housing market is heating up on west coast...Alexandria is right, YOUR NEW HOME is out there, waiting, waiting....
I WANNA HUG FROM PHILIP...oh, the smile, makes ya melt.
Ok. another western MA weather report, some sun today - tomorrow, get ready for it - 4 inches of rain. The fields are all puddles, big puddles, where's it gonna go?
Roars to Athena...paw pats, good thoughts, cool weather.....
-
Hahahahhaha!

-
-
-
GG...the look seems never ending at this point but it will happen. It is so difficult being in limbo though.
Blue...I want one of those grandbabies too.
-
Sorry to get your news GG. You'll be so happy for the no's when you actually get your yes. Not so much consolation now though when your having to make appointments and look, look, look and aching to be done with this segment.
Blue...all the pictures are great, but really love the roses. Cat is not bad either.
Sunny...we are having high temps here along with lots of humidity to match. Not so nice to be out and about at present but hoping it does not have much longevity. Could get a little moisture here but most is slated for four hours away. I do think rain will arrive on the week-end. It will get the temps down at least.
