Finish my sentence...

just slice and eat. Get fresh ones every week while they're in season; slice and freeze bunches for smoothies and juicing. Don't do margaritas or daiquiris but if I did, would use them for this too.

Applebees.  Had a spinach salad and chicken penne pasta there this noon!
