Dork u sound good and even if u'r mom was sleeping u were with her.
Did u have to explain about u'r huge puka---how can u ur'self clean it out OMG the injustice of that stupid puka. Yes it's stupid. And U have to carry this dumb burden of something u shouldn't have. OK, I'll have my mouth shut now.
Hve a good nite's sleep.

Has anyone heard from ChrissyB, I haven't seen a post from her in long time and I wish Lynda would post a little.

good morning all

kathy- the bullies never realise how much damage they do!
-
Good morning, Loungetttes!
ORLA--I like scary movies, too, but he more modern ones seem less scary and more gory. I'll have to rent Cujo the movie sometime and check it out.
Goldie--my cousin married a midwesterner, he calls the sliding glass door a doorwall, too. Door yard means driveway, or anyplace where cars are parked. Regional differences in language are so interesting! As for doing shingles, I cannot do them on the roof, too far off the ground for me. That's a job I'd hire out. Hmmm, good point about calcium in the water in steam machines. My water has a lot of calcium too.
Cammy--not all of us are perfectionist (me) or OCD enough to do the split screen thingy. Don’t worry about it! Yes, cholesterol meds have side effects, like muscle aches and pains which can mean muscle damage which can overload the kidneys and cause kidney damage, and liver damage. They also deplete CoQ10, which is necessary for all muscle function, including the heart. Wish reminds me, I need to get some CoQ10. Not trying to force you to think, wouldn't do anything like that, not here in the HTL!
BBBBernie--Yeah--I need one of those signs! Actually, I need one of both!
Mema--that football shaped chair sounds really interesting! Hope you win it!. I haven't found anything that says it's safe to give Sadie the ham bone yet, I'm still looking, though. There isn't any fat or meat left on the bone, so I'm mostly worried about it breaking up in to shards, she's such a strong chewer. I guess I'll just toss it to be safest.
Cammy--YIKES! I know the feeling, it's a family trait for the women in my family to put something where we will know right where it is, then have to spend hours and hours searching for it when we want it. . . .
Wahine--I feel like Sadie is missing out on something good, too, but I don't want her sick or hurt. . . Oh well, I'll just have to find a way to make it up to her.
DorKable--Hooray for the shrinking Puka! WTG! I don't really go at lightening speed when I do housework, I just do what I can for 15 minutes and then play on the computer for 15 minutes. It becomes a bit of a game. Also, I'm always surprised at how little time it takes to do clean off the table, or pick up and sweep the living room. And I know I could save myself some time if I picked up after myself better during the week. After all, there's just me and Sadie here! Sadie may track in lots of dirt and dust, but sweeping or vacuuming only takes a minute. Of course, no one is seeing my spare room or the sewing room. . .
Good morning, Lord, it's me again. Can I talk to You about suicide? Wahine's family is dealing with the aftermath of a suicide, and my friend is struggling with the same thing. It's hard for those left behind to deal with the Why's? and How could he's? And why didn't I see this comings? I know the poor souls who took their lives are now with You and free from whatever demons have been haunting them. But it doesn't make sense to the rest of us, not at all. Please be with the families today and while they grieve and suffer through this loss. Thanks, Lord.
Princess Glitter Sizzles DOTD is The Aftermath Easer
2/3 oz. Vodka, lemon (Absolut Citron)
2/3 oz. Rum, raspberry (Bacardi Razz)
2/3 oz. Schnapps, raspberry
4 oz. Red Bull
2/3 oz. Sour Mix
3 1/3 oz. Sprite
1 wedge Lime
Shake the rum, schnapps, vodka and the Red Bull in a cocktail shaker. Fill the glass about half full with crushed ice, then add the mix into the glass. Add the sour mix on top, then fill the glass up with Sprite to get this drink a bit fizzly. Finally, drag the lime around the rim of the glass, then place it on the rim.

Good morning goils, happy monkeydey!
It is so nice to be up early enuff to enjoy NM's post and be de first to induldge in her DOTD.
Good morning NM! Have a good day! Like you, I am a whirlwind of a mess maker all week long too. I do try to straighten my kitchen each night cuz I shirley make a mess at night whilst making dwinks. Great prayer for Katwinka's DD and that family. EF Bullying! I am also praying.
Camille, you crack me up. I do have a cleansing routine I do on mese puka. I squirt peroxide into it twice daily and supposed to clean with the Qtip too. And I am allowed to shower and soap it up and rinse it off. Den I use triple antib cream on it too. It it funny looking but I do a good job hiding it. I have gone through hundreds or eben towelsands of gauze pads. You goils should buy stock in 4 by 4 pads. You git rich. hehe.
Well I have to move it, we had more snow last night and expecting more tonight, tomorrow and again on friday, seems muther nature making up for lack of it last year. ALL, have a good day.
And Lynda, please please please check in now, ya hear.
CheeRs!

Prayers for that family, wahine's family and the whole community, how awful.
Cami- Maybe the papers got sucked up by that vacuum that is always going around your house!
I would ike to see a picture of Lynda's jewelry too.....
-
Thank you Cami, it was a pleasure to meet you and that darling little Joey as well. You see goils, I got to talk to Joey too. And let me tell you, he is every bit as sweet as Cami makes him out to be. I was telling him how much his grandma talks about him and how proud she is of him and he says to me with the sweetest giggle “I know, she tells me!” We gabbed for over an hour, and I’m sure we could have done more. I thoroughly enjoyed it as well. (((((Cami n Joey))))) Bummer you lost your tax stuff, but it was already filed, yes?
Julie, dat hunk would look mucho better if he was waxed. Too hairy foy meese.
Ohhhhh BOYZ………..Katrinka is home!!!!! Wooo hoooo! Treat her right now, and get her lots of dwinkies, cuz she can’t get sickly here. Welcome home Kachinka. I know your M & M were FURcited to see you and DH. So very sorry to hear about your GS’s friend Kathy. How devastating to those parents, I can’t even imagine. So so very sad. Sending out prayers to that family and to yours. I hope your GS doesn’t feel obligated to go to the funeral, that has to be so hard for him, I’m sorry. HUGS for everyone involved.
Good play on de woyd “puka” Dort! Dat you missed the whole ting…LOL. But glad dat you puka starting to close, it jes takes a LONG time. And pweese give you mommy hugs fwom meese too. Also, things WILL continue to pull togedder. “Specially when you daddy gets dere. LOL at St. Anthony being a punk sometimes.
NM, I couldn’t do a roof either, for the same reason, too high. Thanks for the splanation of the “door yard”. Still doesn’t make any sense to me, but oh well!!!! LOL. Interesting info on the CoQ and cholesterol meds, dang I should be more vigilant with my supplements. I think tossing the bone just to be safe is a good choice for Sadie. To your prayer……….AMEN!
Good job Dofey in getting up AND POSTING!!!! AND DRINKING!!!
I am posting for Cami (hope you don’t mind) but her lil dwunken mind got funcused on her up the ass and down de troat. She is actually scheduled for this Thursday, so we needs to have the tenders get the UFO and the bus ready for a party in CHI town!
-
Lori I like dat mon---key, it's poifct. And I too enjoyed getting to know u-u'r sp precious--BTW Joey asked what color hair u have--so I showed him--his eyes lit up--Blonde is his weakness and he did tell me u sound very nice.
I have to tell u about this (bullying) I talk to Joey bout everythin (relly) and I asked him do the kids there make fun of anyone, and he said they make fun of this kid -he said he looked a little like he has down-syndrome and the boys make fun of him--I asked him if he did and he said Mammaw I help him with his work when he gets confused , He said he told the boys to stop it and he told them they were ignorant. He said he sticks by him. My fart just felt so good--I hope he stays like this--cuz bullying has so gotten out of hand in our kids. And my prayers are going with that poor family. And NM that was a beautiful prayer.
Dor u'r working hard and very busy--make sure u hace time to have u'r drinks--most important. And give u'rself some time this week.
I have to take a shower today---it's such a big deal to me hahaha so I better get strted.

NM such a nice prayer for your friend and for the family here. Just so sad. I like your DOTD too, very appropriate. I need to do your 15 min cleaning...so far I have been on the computer for 3-4 hrs...yikes. Watched a 7-part video on youtube with actual footage of that tsunami that hit all those countries (2004?) and interviews with survivors. I thought it was going to be 2 parts, then I was hooked and it was way over an hr. YES, safer to toss the bone (Sorry, Sadie)!
Lori, I never thought of them as "M&M"'s....I like that nickname, cute. Dorkie gave me a nickname for them that I use too! Cool that you not only talked to our Cami, but our Joey too! And that he likes blondes...oh,oh! LOL.
Juliet, Nice eye-candy!!! A little too hairy for me too, but sexy anyway!!!
Yeah, Lara, I love the 3D nip tatts cuz you don't have"headlights" and can go braless! Haven't worn bra since 5-2008 and I won't go back to them! Good riddance to bras!!! Hope you don't hurt too much with your fill (same day I am having perm eyeliner done, and that may hurt too!), and it is also Fat Tuesday, and we will be in NC that day. If you are concerned about the pain, take a pain pill 30 min beforehand, or even tylenol or something, that should help!
Chrissy is posting on FB, so I think she is okay, just busy! Lynda posted on FB too,but I'm hoping both of them come back to the lounge!!!
OK, I better clean or do laundry for a few min, then I should go to my parents this afternoon and help them with some things. Didn't get much sleep last night, so still feel zombie like. THanks so much for the prayers and hugs for the family. I hope they can feel all the love and concern, and that they feel comforted.
Sue, did you win anything last night? I still need to watch the commercials....DH said the half-time show wasn't that great....did you like it?
Luv, Kath
-
Oh crap--My GF's let me feel their real breasts (memories) but no one has foobs. I would love to see and feel and especially nips-how interesting. Painful yes n Now I know that. But 3-D nips sounds so fun to see and now u don't have to wear a bra Kat. Geeze OK then now u'll get the permanent eyeliner--cool, my gf got perm eyebrows and lines around her lips--looked good. Hope it doesn't hurt to much-
-
omh perm eyeliner is the way to go my friend has it she loves
I would but I never wear makeup just some bronzer
U will love it

-
Oh Orange how uplifting--but at my age the only thing I creat is havoc.

Howdy Strangers,
Today will be my last full day in Texas. I go home tomorrow...

be a bonus!
I saw a comercial Lori the other day for something called I-cool....anyone hear about
it? I looked it up online and its otc I believe..may habe to gibe that a try...anything
for these damn hot flashes and night sweats...they are gross and irritating. I love
the Sonic DOTD too...I was a big sonic the hedgehog fan back in the day when
Sega came out with it..the drink looks yummo too.Bernie..sending prayers for your neighbor...diabetes is such a terrible thing if not
controlled..Im not all that good about it either and things like this make me a bit
more aware. Whooo hooo..on your meeting up with Kathy in a month...Cant wait to
see you too! Kathy...glad you are home safely from Tunica and had a good time..how
is DH feeling now?NM....as far as pat downs at the airport go..I havent really experienced that much
and it wouldnt matter to me if it was male or female. I dont get offended ..so no
worries.Julie..Im cracking up at all this pregnancy talk...of course all of us have had to have
the "test" when having something done if you still have your parts..I almost fell out
the first time I was asked if there was a chance..PUHLEASE!! I guess now that I
dont have those parts the chances are even less than they were before.I love that Cami and Lori got to chat and that Joey had a chance to speak to Lori
also...Cami..you continue to bring a smile to my face with your stories and the way
that you tell them. Did you find your tax stuff?I hate tax time...blech...maybe because I always have to pay. Sux
Dorty...so glad your mom is settling in...when does your dad come? Praying for
you and your mom/dad/sisters/DD...eberyone!! Also added that poor family who
suffered the loss of such a young child for such a foolish reason..damn those bullies.
they should be made to know what perminant damage they caused and have to live
with that.Lara..hope you are feeling better...Love that pic of the waterfall and the canoer's.
Happy Monkey Dey to all

Cyn It's so nice to read u'r post--u sound happy but hesitant--why do fun times go by so fast and when u'r not having fun times it seems slower. Well u'r pup needs u, so u'll be busy and cuddling to so that will be nice.
Oh and I loved talking to Lori--it was a shot in the arm. she's so sweet.
And no, I've prayed to St. Anthony, but he's tired of my voice--so I think in this new age of techy stuff he put me on hold. cuz I hear music in my ears.
Enjoy the rest of u'r day and safe trip home and let us know.

Hiya girls!
WDF is ebbryone? Four hours and no posta sista'z?
I wuz working, got booted and could not get back in. Maybe a blessing. Sigh ~ partay time here!
Camille, oh I jest love that little Joey more when I tink I can't. Your story about him helping the kid with downs syndrome and defending him is priceless. He is such a little doll. I love the name mawmaw , I remember you tailing us that he said you are like a maw and a grandmaw hence mawmaw. I hope I have that right, mese bin dwinking too. You are cracking me up Cam, you really could be a stand up comic! I'd pay to see yer show, maybe you can perfom in de lounge? Oh yeah, you already are, tank you so much. You are a doll, you truly are.
Lori, I still so jeolous that you got to speak with the two of them. I know yer fart had to be melting into uh hmm, nebbermind. How ya feeling? And your DH? I keep asking, I hope I did not miss that, I sorta skimmed posts.
Juliet, preggers?? Is that what I hear? Congrats! lol. Can you name her Dorothy? That would be uber cool. I tail people that the name is coming back. Ya can't blame me for trying. I hope you are not holding back on any other secrets goil! I know you, hiding chit from us tsk tsk tsk. You git a spanking from de hairy guy!
Lara, feeling any better? I hope so. It seems to take forever. It just occured to me yesterday that I finally have my range of motion back and do not scream in pain when I use it. My last surgery was late october so I am three months out. That seems to be the point for me when I start feeling good. You will get there and it will go fast. Aren't you glad to have foobs though?
Hello Addey, you made a funny! Stop in more often. What is yer pleasure, I will have the boyz serve you up!
Sue, did you win something big yesterday? I bet that either way you and your cars had muchliest fun.
Katwinka, I hope that the eye liner does not hurt much. If you get skeered, I can go for you. That is what true friends do. I can dwink for you too, goes for all of you goils.
Cyn, you do sound happy. And when you happy, I happy. Thank you for saying such sweet things about my Mom and my family and thanks for the prayers. And that also goes for ebberbuddy. It is good to see you here, I got you a six pack of natties! and a refill is ordered hehe!
NM, you and many of de other goils like scarry movies. Wanna hear sumting funny? And forgive me if a repeat, seems to be my ting o lately. Any way, Allison told me that I should name mese car Christine, after de movie of de same name. Not sure if I told you all about de incident with the trash can. Did you know those tings can do a lot of damage when hit at 60 mph? The thing did not have a chance. Anyway, I saw that movie in the theatre back in the day when I went to the movies. It was creepy. And the movie Kujo, another creepy one. I like them until they get spooky. I then have nightmares for life. I only saw those movies because I went with a group. I love how you share info with us on so many things. Good advise to Camille. And you really are good with posts and addressing everyone. I go by memory.
So if I forgot ye, it is because I gave up my mamorys in 2010, my bwain jest not de same since hehe! I tink Cam made a mammory joke too. I try but can't keep up with DE best!
I love you all. If I missed you, I buy you rounds for life! CheerS!
-
Good morning, Loungettes! Another chilly one here. Brrrrr.
DorKable--Good to see you in the early ayem! Sounds like the Puka is coming along well. You do get used to the routine of cleaning it out, don't you? I hear you about 4x4's, those and gloves. We've got some snow coming sometime later in the week, but it's supposed to be fluffy, easy to clear. All those predictions about us getting huge amounts of snow this winter don't seem to be holding up.
ORLA--suicide is a tragedy, no matter what the age of the victim. I think about getting the 3D nipples from time to time, but so far I'm happy without anything there. It's really individual, isn't it?
Adey--good thot about the vacuum and the papers!
Goldie--Joey is getting to be quite the celebrity here! Good for him! Regional terms don't have to make sense to anyone but the locals, but they are fun to learn about, aren't they? I still remember going to Canabe Lake Park in Mass when I was a kid, and going up to a kiosk and asking for a soda. No one knew what I was talking about, had to figure out they called it "tonic"! Then there's the midwest way of giving directions---turn east, or turn north, always baffles me 'cause I never know which way north is! Why can't they say turn right or turn left?
Cammy--Wonderful for Joey! You must be so proud.
Wahine--I read somewhere that being on the computer, don’t remember if it was playing games or just being on the computer in general, releases the same brain chemicals that are released in addiction situations. I know it's hard to stop once I get going unless I have something to make me move (like going to work!) Good advice about taking a pain pill 30 minutes before a procedure, it helps block a lot of pain.
CynCyn--hope the last day in Texas was fun! Yeah, the whole "could you be pregnant?" thing gets amusing after a while. I've got to admit I sort of enjoyed the reactions I got when the ask me if I'm sure and I tell them that I'm in chemical menopause due to breast cancer. Mean of me, I know, but still amusing.
DorKable--a trash can at 60 mph? How did that trash can manage to get in your way??????
Princess Glitter Sizzle's DOTD is The Irish Trash Can
part Curacao, blue
1 part Gin
1 part Rum, light
1 part Schnapps, peach
1 part Triple Sec
1 part Vodka
1 can Red Bull
Fill glass full of ice, then add all liquors and stir. Add full can of Red Bull. It will float and slowly seep down the glass, turning the mix green, hence the name Irish Trash Can!
-
Good morning girls!
I got a call from my wake up service, a very pleasant beautiful lady gibbed me a phone call. Now I am up again for a yummy set of twosdey dwinkies, yippee! love me some irish trash cans! gulp gulp gulp, ahhhh!
NM, good morning! Uh, the car...the trash can....uh. ok, you asked! The wind was gusting at about 40 mph and over, that trash can asked to be smooshed! It is a dead soldier on the highway now. Only me and my car! I will have to get it fixed but not in a hurry. I think Infiniti gonna run outta spare bumpers tanks to mese!
Katwinka, I hope you gots some sleep goil. Still thinking of you, your family and the family of that poor child. Sending more prayers to all.
I hope you all have a great day! Cheers!
-
good morning all, well the girls want to go to the water park today, so i'm taking a coat!, went to hollywood studios yesterday, held their bags when they went on tower of terror
((((((((((joey)))))))))))), hes such a special kid.dorty- are you saying to buy shares in infiniti spare parts!
-
Well Cami, meese is blushing! Tell Joey I said thank you berry much. Maybe I could be his step Grammy? And also that I am VERY proud of him, for helping and sticking up for his friend at school. Also please make sure that no one is bullying him either.
Kath, what’s the nickname that ADorkable gave your M & M? Getting anxious for you and your tats. DH must be doing pretty good with his knee?
Cyn, ask your MO first, before starting that icool, k? And do some online research too. Let us know if you DO start it and how it works. Have a safe flight home love. Sawry it’ over.
Hmmmmm, a shot in the arm eh? Jes kidding, I know what you mean. Oh dear, St Anthony put you on hold? How dare he. I think we need to send Dork’s peeps after him?
Cami is a doll too, and it was so easy to talk to her, like we have been life long friends. We shall do it again some day, k?
Lara, I hope your first fill is not a painful one. Are you still at your folks? Did you say something about moving out of your place and that you were “homeless”?
Unde, where be you and how are you doing?
Dofey, I am feeling fine. DH is still sick, no energy and coughing. Has a doctor appt on Thursday. Also good news that you have your range of motion back. So sweet of you to offer to take Katrinka’s place for her tats if she gets skeered.
Ya Sue, did you win anything? Happy Birfday to your DH.
NM, are you glad about the little amount of snow you have gotten so far this year? And yes, regional terms are fun. Visiting family in Illinois, and we would order pop, they looked at us and said “what is pop”, they too call it soda or a coke. I guess by giving a “direction” there should be no mistaking whether it’s right or left….and North us up…..LOL! That Irish Trash Can looks mighty yummy, and I’ll start out with 2.
Julie, you passed on the tower of terror? I would too actually! Is that one of those rides that takes you way up high and then you drop? I’m not passing on the water park, no siree, I lub water parks. Have a fun day.
Our sweet Kymn posted this on FB, I thought it so true!
-
Oh I just heard on the news that the little 5 year old that was being held hostage in a bunker in AL has been rescued!!!!!! AND he's ok. The kidnapper, not so much! DEAD.
Thank you Sweet Jesus!
-
Calva's first snow
-
-
Yeah Lori, it was breaking news last night about the little 5 yr old, and I was SO glad too!! It was in South AL, I'm not familiar with the area, but omg so glad the kidnapper (and killer of the bus driver) is now dead. So very horrid what he did, and I hope he left the little boy alone. OH and Lori, I'm not getting my tatts redone (unless she touches one up), but I am going for the permanent eyeliner.
We always called it "soda" in HI. When I first moved to the south at 18 and was offered a "coke", I tried to ask if they had a different soda....I thought a "coke" meant a coke! THEN after living in the south for awhile, I visited my friend in Boston and was so thirsty when we got to her place from the airport, but she offered me a "tonic"...so I think I opted for water, till I learned that tonic meant soda. Now I have lived in the south so much, I think I usually say "coke" too, but then try to add, or rootbeer, sprite, etc. LOL.
NM, Good for you, being happy with your foobs!!! For me, I realized I felt like a "barbie doll"...not with her figure though! But I just felt "unfinished"...and didn't realize how happy I would be once I got the tatts done. Like you said, it is a VERY personal decision, and I am glad we have so many choices. Really, I think we are lucky in the choices we have when we have bc.....NOT good having bc, but at least it seems the PS's care about our decisions and what we want to look like, etc. Years ago, they weren't as lucky. I think people are surprised when I say I had both breasts removed, because some of them expect there to be nothing there. Love your DOTD, poor Dorkie's car, though!
Cyn I either got that iCool awhile ago, or something similar, but if I am remembering correctly (and that is a big IF, lol)....it just had things like black cohash, etc., like you can get as a supplement. I dunno, but like Lori said, be sure to check it out, first. I doubt there is any "miracle pill", or it would be all over the headlines. I did buy a pillow that is supposed to stay cooler, but its still in the bag, I haven't tried it yet. At the casino, they had the "memory foam" beds, which I hate, cuz it held in soooo much heat. PLUS with my bad back, it was hard to turn over, or even get out of bed! THe next casino had the mattresses I like. Safe travels, today, and enjoy those puppy kisses when you get home!
Julie, I after reading about boobs, foobs, tatts, when I read that "the girls want to go to the water park..." I first thought you meant your boobs!!! As in the "girls"! lol. Hope you're having a great time in Orlando!!
Dorkie, How nice to have such a sweet loungette wake you up with a wunnerful fone call! Hope that bumper does not cost an arm and a leg (we already gave our boobs). Thanks, I did get some good sleep last night!
Well, today is the young boy's funeral, so I will watch my g'kids while my DD goes for the ENTIRE visitation and funeral...she is hoping to be of some help. I just can't imagine how sad it will be, esp with the family. Please keep them in your prayers today. Thought I was getting sick yesterday, but now I think it was from lack of sleep for 2 nites, and worryng about the family. I feel better today. Lori, Hope your DH gets better! Glad he is seeing the dr this week.
Happy Birthday to Sue's DH!!!!
Hugsssssssssssssssssssssssssss,
Kath
