Joanne, you did it & the pics are great.    I can get my pics from facebook too, but was trying another way.  Maybe we can put them there first for transferring & then delete from Facebook.

Thanks for all the "pie" prase ladies.   I get as much enjoyment from making them.

Sorry ladies I missed the party (and the pie!).  Looks like a wonderful time.  Second treatment was on Tuesday and I didn't bounce back real well.  Spent most of Sunday on my backside.  Hopefully I will get to meet you all in the near future.

and another...having to put them on facebook first & then copy & paste..I then deleted the pics from my facebook (only on for a minute)

Joanne, the dinner with my 2 brothers & sister-in-law was great.   Went to an Italian restaurant...service, wine, appetizers & dinner were all very good & my brother treated.  

pip, so sorry to hear about your apples. I know you usually have lots of people come to the orchard. What a shame!!! The change in climate is scary for so many reasons.

PIP, you mean a frost THIS YEAR??? Like August? What the heck are you supposed to do if that is your whole livelihood???? That's like being in commission sales; you work your butt off not knowing if you'll end up with a payday or not! And it's not all under your control. Holy cow, so sad to hear that.... 

pip57...I am in Lagoon city, Brechin, Ont.   don't think it is that far away...come on over I will make you any kind of pie you like  and bring DH...we can go for a Lagoon Cruise...we are on Lake Simcoe.

Glad you'll be okay Pip, I often wonder what happens to farmers when the crop craps out.....
