Blue - you have a large crowd waiting with you and hoping for good answers really quickly.
-
Exactly!
-
Thank You!
-
Standing by nervously eating animal crackers ....
-
Sending prayers and positive energy to you, Blue!!
-
((((Blue)))) waiting here with you.
-
Love you Blue - we are all here for you
-
Mary - nice to see you!
New world rule: In the event that a patient is given access to scan reports which say something about possible metastasis, the attending physician must contact said patient no later than 30 minutes after data has been made available.
Until that rule comes into being, I'm muching on sausages.
Bartender, it's Blue's favorite tonight!

Just read in the news 4.1 celcius this morning, and I feel it - nice to be at work in the warm. I left Poppy under the bed:) I think she is just a really clever kitty and knows the signs of me preparing to leave for the day, so hides so she can stay in.
-
Blue, standing by here in NJ as well.
-
No word yet. But if he tried to get through it would have been impossible. My oldest daughter called 10 times, my youngest 8 times, my son 6 times, Ray 7 times. I tell ya, for a cranky old lady, my family sure love me. Thank you so much ladies but I'm gonna go with what the tech said...tightness on the vertebrae mentioned rubbing against a nerve. My onc will leave no stone unturned so will probably order a catscan too. Will keep you posted!
Love you all!
-
Gonna go get drunk on champagne. Ray just landed a job with a Fortune 500 Company!
-
Stenosis can certainly cause inflammation, Blue, and you already have a bulging disk. I expect it is possible the arthritic changes and inflammation showed up on the PET. That's my story and I'm sticking to it! Congrats to you Ray of Sunshine, too!
L -
Great news, Blue. Give Ray a hug for me.
-
Well then that's the dx and we're sticking to it! Tightness on the nerve!
Bloody reports. -
Congrats to Ray. Hoping all your news is good today Blue.
-
Yay Ray! Blue, I have a herniated disc which just got diagnosed with an MRI after 7 years of leg pain. There are benefits to being a cancer patient!
-
Yay for some good news! and yay for a caring family. Here's hoping the rest of the news is good.
-
Yay for Ray (of sunshine) - are Virg and Lilah getting special treats too?
-
Blue - I'm voting for totally good news for you. xxox (Sucks to have sciatica though.
) -
Congrats to Ray! Stenosis sounds good to me!
-
That's news to me about the saliva/dander thingy. Now how do I integrate the "give salmon oil to my cat to prevent the dander [from dry skin]" statement from my Vet?
On the Service Dogs...I live in a town, so we don't have as many people to break rules. Everyone knows everyone's business, so one can't really get away with that kind of stuff. Funny though, I was talking to a coworker about finding a new rental with 3 dogs and she said all she'd have to do is get them registered as "Service Dogs" and they couldn't turn down from anyplace, so I guess it happens, even if an unregistered fashion (she lives in a much bigger town). btw, my friend would never do that, we were just exploring options for her.

Great news on Ray's job Blue!!!
Poppy doesn't shed due to her gorgeous unusual fur. We certainly don't see cat hair lying around anywhere.
-
Good thoughts coming from me too Blue...
-
Sorry to hear you are having a scare Blue. Everything from eyes to toes crossed for good news. And only here is it 'good' news to find out you have arthritis or a bad back
Congrats to Ray on the new job though!Bren ... you need to stay away from doctors for awhile ... ack.
Re the cat dander the main thing I've always heard is that if somebody in the household is bothered it helps greatly to wipe the cat down daily with kitty wipes or a damp washcloth.
susie ... is Poppy a particular kind of cat? Just curious about the no shedding part.

She's a British Blue - really soft fur. You might see bits of fur where she's been lying and grooming but it's very little.

Awwwww what a cutie. And I'm a dog person. She's beautiful.
-
She's gorgeous! I used to have a blue (Micheline).
-
The softest softest fur ever - I annoy her all the time just wanting to touch her.
