Happy Easter y'all! Shelia, congrats on your anniversary.
We had 18 adults and 12 children here for our annual Easter reunion/party. They started arriving Thursday and all left this am.
The kids played in the bouncy house, sandbox, etc. They colored 16 dozen eggs Friday and hunted them Saturday. They also "painted" cookies yesterday to take home with them and of course eat some too.
We had shreded pork bbq on Thursday. Hot dogs, smoked chicken wings, meatballs, assorted chips, crackers and dips on Friday. Yesterday we had our Easter meal of ham, turkey breast, dressing, peas, corn on the cob, macroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, rolls and for desert carrot cake.
I thank God for our full house!

My mom's surgery is Thursday and praying for that.

I hope you had a good Easter or Passover celebration. Filterlady, I felt like I was there at your party :-) what fun.
Well, when I got to CT to visit with 2 DDs 1 DS and 3DGDs and 1DGS, I was happy to see that the purple fluffy dress was not there. My fussy DGD got a beautiful white dress with water-color look flowers in shades of pink. I guess Mom won!
Sheila, What a wonderful blessing to celebrate 7 years....such an encouragement to others. Thanks for always being here to share & care. You are the "other side" of BC and it's a place we all want to be.

Joan811: I guess my DGGD found the purple dress...she was wearing it when they came over for Easter dinner:( Don't know what happened to the dress I bought her and I didn't ask...whatever. It looked too "baby beauty pagent" for me, but I kept my mouth shut. I have a cute photo of her with her bunny ears on, but don't know how to post it on here.
Headed out for a 10 day vacation today...will catch up when I return! Stay well and happy everyone!
