Wednesday Weigh In
Comments
-
Down to 140 but mostly due to a stomach flu that kept me from eating anything on Sat and almost nothing on Sun.
-
Kimberly, check out the "Lets Post Our Daily Exercise' thread.
Congratulations to all who are down. Even if it was the flu, use it as a spring board!
-
I need a spring board, too! Up 200 grams.
-
I do not like the hospital scales no I do not like them at all (Dr seuss speaking here). They are liars liars!!!
Am down another 1 #... (my HOME digital scale)
Ducky, I got the tapes-- Now i guess I have to listen to them!!! Q
-
Just ordered a weight loss hypnosis CD from the same guy I got my very much listened to stress relief/power napping hypnosis CD.
-
yea Q, listening helps.................hahahahaha...............
-
Since I accidentally (on purpose) didn't weigh in yesterday, am posting todays weight.... Down .9 of a pound.... have not posted in 8 days on loseit.com, so am quite surprised that I went down at all!!
Congrats to all the "losers"! ((Hugs)) to those struggling.... Keep at it!
-
Thought I was gonna be a weight loss hypnosis drop out. I haven't been weighing myself for quite awhile. Life got way too hectic for exercise and I have been eating junk. I have been listening to the wieght loss CDs and trying to eat what I want, eat slowly and cut down on portions.
Well much to my suprise it may be working. I am 166 this morning. I was 165 the morning of my colonoscopy. So even though I don't think I'm eating better maybe I am eating less.
If I can stop the emotional eating and start exercising I would be thrilled.
So, so far so good with the hypnosis.
-
Down 500 grams. I hope I can keep it down over Easter.
-
down one (pound
)

Down 1.5 pounds!! Now to keep the chocolate in check over the next week!
-
Down 1 lb from yesterday, but had gained 2.5 lbs over a week's time! Still in my weight range.
Congrats to those who lost weight. Encouragement to those who didn't.

-
Not looking forward to Wednesday this week. Can we delay it, maybe have 3 Tuesday's this week until I get some exercise and decent eating under my, quite tight, belt!!!!!
-
Mine is going to be bad
!
-
Okay, at least I'll be in good company.
-
I know mine will not be good either! Was actually contemplating skipping this week, but will probably need some motivation to get off the runaway Feast Wagon!! NEED to get back on track, but everything has been sooooooo good!
-
I know, It is gonna be bad, but keep going girls!!!
-
well it is bad.... up 1/2 lb. Must have been all the sweet pie and pizza gain I ate.
-
Way to go duckyb, thats an awesome loss.
I'll join you all in not looking forward to this Wednesday. Last Wednesday I was up .5 lbs, but then I flew to New Orleans for the weekend, finishing up Sunday with an Easter gorge fest. Trying to get back on track, but everyone seems to have a bowl of leftover easter candy on their desks!
-
Down 200 grams. What a relief! I spent a whole day at the spa yesterday to get rid of the Easter calories.
Ginny, congrats on being able to reach your goal either way!
-
up another .5 lbs to 165. Not too bad considering all that I ate this past week.
-
Ducky - fabulous - I know you were getting so discouraged before, so it's great to see your success.
Down .7 - I'll take it!
-
not going to weigh until tomorrow....
-
Will weigh in tomorrow also (hopefully!) lol
