Hi Corrine. I am on facebook. What is your last name? Or feel free to look me up. It's www.facebook.com/kymberlyn (hugs)

Kymberlyn, I'm so happy to see you back here! I've thought about you so often, including just a few days before you posted. I'm glad you've been able to come through such devastating losses.
I feel like we are all so connected, and I am also going to send you a friend request on FB. I'm so glad to know you're doing better.
Hugs & blessings to you, Corinne, Gail, Deen, Deirdre, Alibug, Mamashift, Stacy, and to everyone who was ever a part of our August 08 chemo group. It's still hard to realize 4 of our group are gone. I think of them all, and I especially miss dear, bubbly Jeannine, who some of us had met at a CA get-together. Deanna

Great to hear from you, Kimberlyn! So sorry for what you had to go through on top of your treatment. It's wonderful to see you moving forward with your life. My husband and I farm also, and I would love to retire some day to a hobby farm.
I, too, am on FB, under Dena Anderson Engel.
Hope everyone is doing fine, and Happy Easter!

Great to hear from you Kimberlyn. I am doing great - just bought a second horse so I can only guess that's its the fault of chemo-brain!
Am grateful for health, our connection, and new life adventures!
Thanks for still being there everyone - Love to all - always....

I was washing the dishes and suddenly thought that my 5-year end-of-chemo anniversary must be coming up. I thought for a moment, feeling sure it must be coming in a few days, and then realized it passed back at the end of October! I didn't even think of it when it came. Then I thought about you ladies and wanted to check in.
We moved from the London area to Strasbourg in eastern France. It is a lovely, lovely place. Very happy here. My girls, who are now 8 and 13, seem very happy for the first time since we left Lithuania -- though they both still miss LT every day, probably. England was a total disaster for us. Now we are closer to our house by the sea -- just a 6-hour train ride (though we still don't get there any more often 'cause we're always broke just trying to pay the mortgage and our rent here).
I hope everyone is doing well. I am not on Facebook, so would love to hear from everyone here. -
Just checking in to see if any Hot August Baldies check this thread - would love to hear from those great women!
Love & Hugs, Gail

It's been over nine years since I was diagnosed. So happy I met you all. Missing our group but enjoying life. Who would have ever thought we would get through it all? Thank you God!!
