Jeannine, I'll try to answer any questions you have. My mom is going through pneumonia right now and the ER nurse told me that the ozone is at bad levels and it is affecting people with low immune systems right now with respiratory problems. You might want to get it checked out. Even people I work with are having allergy type problems and it's not allergy season now. I hope you get through this quickly and get better soon!

Hi Deen & all,
Well I ended up in the ER last Wed. I had to get my rt. lung drained of 2 ltrs. fluid. Not fun. RAD Dr. said it was very rare to occur. I'm feeling better but still coughing and still have some fluid left. But I'm a lot better. On a break from RADS. Effusion fluid came back negative Amen but now Dr. wants a PET CT. Ugh...just in case there's a chest wall tumor leaking. I can't take any more "positive" scans. Please keep me in your prayers girls.
I do believe the RADS and too many Vicodin didn't help my lungs. I just want my life back!!
Is your mom better Deen? I am praying she recovers quickly. I did not have pneumonia or TB but Dr. said if my Pet is clean then it has to be the RADS that did it. Let's pray it's the Rads.

Jeannine, I love you and am continuing to pray for you. I am sorry that I have not posted for a while here. Life has gotten so busy this summer/ Jeannine- What time I am afraid I will trust in thee/ Just keep giving it to him. We all are with you for every single test you take. We love you!!
I went to the dr's today and my white counts are only at 2.1 and I am anemic. I feel great though. She said it is only a 5 percent chance of bone marrow related cancer. Sooo..???Seeing my naturopathic today. Maybe I am not on the placebo trial after all??? We'll see
For those of you that do not do facebook....I am now a grandmother. Baby Joel was born on the 10th and is 8lbs 12oz
Hugs to all,

Thank you for the prayers my friends. I sure need them and they certainly help.
Corrine: Congratulations on becoming a new grandmother!! How beautiful. I must go on FB to see the pix. Try and get some leafy greens in to you. My WBC are @ 5.9 a little low. I've been trying to drink my flax seed oil & spinach drink daily. (It's actually good tasting).
Glad you're feeling well Ali! Keep up the great work.
I've been stressing about the darn PET and wierd lump I just discovered. So tired of this baloney..but I'm hanging in there.
Have a great week all,
Love Jeannine

Jeannine, I'm so sorry this happened to you! I hope you are feeling better and I pray it was from the rads! What lump? I thought you got DMX? I'm praying for you now.
Corinne, congratulations Grandma! It has been one of the best experiences for me, and I know it will be for you, too. Please keep us updated on your results. My prayers are with you.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend,

Thank you sisters,
Deen: Yes I had DMX but...they told me even w/ that surgery there is still some breast tissue left. (I've read some stories here about women w/recurrence even after ugh)..I'm just praying this is due to something other than bc & lump is nada. I'm still waiting on ins. approval for PET. Still not feeling so well but hanging in there.
Good luck tomorrow w/your visit Ali.
Will keep you all posted...

Hi Jeannine. I am continuing to pray for you. We visited another church and they asked for prayer request ...of course you are first on the list. Anyhow, God is still God and if he can close the mouths of the lions for Daniel, if he can part the Red Sea for the Isrealites, if he can provide an ark for Noah, how great a job is it to heal Jeannine!! He has a plan...keep the faith. I love you but He loves you more!! Thank you Lord for your power which is the same yesterday, today and forever, Amen...Hugs always

Got a GREAT report from the doctor!!! Thank you GOD.....Jeannine I will continue to pray for you!!! Kids made it through the 1st week of school without any problems!!!!! Hope everyone is doing well.........Loves to all..........

Hello there,
Well I finally got the approval for my PET so it'll probably be sometime next week. I was planning on getting my lung drained but I think I better get my scan. I got DH upset last night as I told him my dire situation. He thinks I have radiation pneumonitis but it's more possible that a chest tumor is causing this. THEN I discover some suspicious lumps on my LEFT side. One hurts so I'm hoping it's just a pimple. One thing for sure...I'll find out soon. One good thing is researcher @ UCLA told me there's another trial coming up for TN's and she'll check to see if I'm eligible.
Thank you Ali & Corrine for the beautiful prayers. I sure need that uplift of faith. I've been so down. Someone sent me a cute e-mail to hold on to your F R O G...Forever, Rely On God he is the key to getting through my trial. Yes Corrine I do believe he has a plan for me. My 11 year old just started school and it kills me to think I won't see him graduate or grow..
(((Hugs))))

Dear Jeannine, Life is short for any of us. I too have some issues right now with my cancer. I choose to live and live it is one day at a time. Take your mind from wandering and focus JUST on today. The Bible says not to worry about tomorrow. God will bring you through each day that he has planned for you. I am so glad that you were successful in getting the PET test approved. With God all things are possible if we only beleive. James says to ask in faith,,,nothing wavering. The same Lord who healed the lady by touching the bottom of His garment can heal you. Now come on no getting down, We all love you here and pray for you.

Bumping us up..........

Hi everyone, Hope you are all well. I called Jeannine and her computer is messed up. She has not scheduled her PET yet and continues to need our prayers. She has fluid in her lungs that tested neg for cancer...I am thinking possible cause rads but she is a little on the frightened side, Please keep her daily in your prayers. If you want her # it is on our list Thanks, Corinne

Corinne, thanks for the update on Jeannine. How're you doing? I saw your comment on FB about a thyroid issue possibly being at the root of your low WBCs. I'm not familiar with that specific symptom, but you know there is a thread here on iodine, thyroid and breast cancer. There seems to be an often observed (though not yet understood) link for some of us between low thyroid function and bc. Hopefully, whatever is causing your low WBC is something like this, and nothing more concerning. Please keep us posted. You are in my prayers.
Jeannine, I hope your computer will be fixed in time to let us know when your PetScan is. You have been constantly on my mind and in my prayers, but if we know the day, we can all surround you with prayer. Have you been able to keep working with this lung stuff going on?
Hi to everyone else. It's been a sizzling hot summer here, but thank goodness it seems to be cooling off a bit now. Luv to all! Deanna

Hello all,
I'm using work pc. My PET is scheduled for Wed. Please say an extra prayer for me friends. I am getting anxiety again...yikes. On a good note we had a scare w/my dad who had blood in his urine. Thank God it was a bladder infection. Hospital released him yesterday.
Deanna: Thank you. I'm feeling a little better (still coughing) & the left leg isn't so bad today. I was in horrible pain last week. I was actually off all last week. I went to the ER and apparently I'm not sick enough to treat. It's so frustrating. I have to get an authorization for the lung specialist which won't be until end of Sept. or Oct.
Corrine: Thank you for that wonderful phone call. It REALLy perked me up when I needed it. I also think often of that verse when the lady had so much faith that touching Jesus' cloak would heal her. I'm riding on faith for this one.
Hugs ((( ))))
Jeannine
I will let you know my results as soon as I hear.
-
Jeannine, We continue to pray for you and know the anxiety associated with waiting. I found out today I do NOT have leukemia!!! I have a thyroid issue or I am on the real stuff instead of the placebo or I had too many surgeries and I am just iron deficient. Taking lots of iron and doing well. THANK YOU MY VERY DEAR BC SISTERS FOR YOUR SUPPORT, LOVE AND PRAYERS!!! Would love to meet you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Jeannine ~ I thought of you when I read this today:

I'm glad your scan is scheduled for Wednesday. You know I'm praying for you!
Corinne ~ Hooray, and Praise God! You must be incredibly relieved! Deanna

Jeannine prayers coming your way all day tomorrow!!!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK and we ALLLLLLL LOVE YOU!!!!!! Corrine - thank God for your good news!!!!! Loves to all..............

Hi all,
Ugh,,the anxiety and calm before the storm is settling in. I just saw my primary Dr. and he said we can't worry about what we can't control and that's true. I went on the prayer line last night and the wonderful counselor told me she had a good feeling about me. Even with the lumpy things I feel, I know God works miracles. Thank you all for the love and support and Prayers!
Corrine: Amen! I knew you were okay. I've had thyroid issues in the past. They may give you Tapazole or Synthroid. This is a piece of cake compared to the bc crap!
Deanna: Wow I knew blueberries were beneficial but I didn't know for TN's! I need to load up quick. Thank you for that info.
I pray to give you all good news later this week.
Prayers & Hugs, (((( )))))

To all of mr sisters on here,,,Do you remember Lisa Scznsny?? She is the one who had a little girl while going through all her cancer stuff. She went home to be with the Lord on Sept. 16th I will greatly miss her. Heaven is going to be a great reunion for those that believe His Word. Lisa, I know you would not come back for anything but please give our dear sister Bette a BIG hug!!!

I've started to post multiple times, Corinne, but really have no words for the loss of such a young Mom. Of course we know she's with God ("going on a new adventure," as my father-in-law said when he was facing terminal cancer), but I feel so bad for her family, and the little girl who is probably too young now to even have memories of her in the future. So sad. I had PM'd with Lisa back when she had those horrible radiation burns. How I wish all that painful treatment she went through could have made a difference. D.

Please continue to uplift Jeannine in prayer. Her tests came back and the news is being absorbed by her, It appears to have spread but she did move while having the test. Hugs to all, Corinne
