Okay, yesterday I had a endomitrial biopsy and then I had an ultrasound. I don't get the results until Wed. In the meantime I am going on vacation....Smugglers Notch, VT. I hear they have lots of snow. Yes, there is a possibility of being able to get pregnant!!!! I am 51, Most likely I will need a hysterectomy and stay on Arimidex....which I found out online. Just surmizing!!! Of course that is if I don't have uterine cancer. UGH!!! Will this ever end!! It has been 2 yrs. Went through 2 lumpectomies, chemo , a masectomy, radiation, reconstruction, 2 revisions, and nipple reconstruction (for which I just got my stitches out, yesterday!!) New things are head tremors, and my period!!! Feeling great however, eating the right things. My weight is stablized at 103lbs. My hotflashes ended a week ago. I was SOOOO excited. I hope they don't return!! Anyhow, hugs to all

Merry Christmas to my most special chemo buddies. You each remain close in my thoughts & prayers. Because of what we've been through, I have a feeling we are each cherishing everything about this 2-year post chemo season more deeply than ever, and I'm happy to think that's one more bond of alikeness we share.
And to all of us, but especially Jeanine (who knows I think of and pray for her many times each day), may the true essence of Christmas re-intensify your belief in miracles and God's immense love for us ~
Luv you all! Deanna

HI ALL, Happy New Year!!! So greatful to the Lord that I made it another yr. I thank the Lord for each one of us and LOVE YOU ALL!!
I have once again gotten some disconcerting news. Remember how my hot flashes vanished...and I got my period back....I am now being scheduled for a complete hysterectomy. TShe thinks I am now back to premenapausal and there is a small mass on my rt ovary. Could be nothing or could be cancer.. God is good and I am thankful I have made it this far. Could you all keep me in prayer as I go through all this. I will update when there is update news. Hugs to you all!!
-
Corinne ~ Ugh! So sorry to hear what you're facing, but my first thought was, do you think maybe you should get a second opinion before taking such a drastic step? Just thinking out loud and concerned about you rushing into something if maybe that mass is nothing more than a cyst or other benign growth. Hugs & prayers, Deanna
-
Deanna, I am going for a second and third opinion. She is sending me to an onc/gyn surgeon. I will decide from there. I just hate more surgery. Rmember the illeus I had ...hmmmm!! I then also had the breathing problem for a year after my last surgery. I did have a cervical biopsy that came back neg. She told me that was good but it had nothing to do with what was on my ovary. So I think they are thinking that I at least need my ovaries out and biopsied. She also told me that I should get the rest out as a preventative. Thanks for your prayers. My nipple tatoo is healing nicely. They really came out looking great.
-
Complete hysterectomy set for Feb 15th All dr's agree I have a mass of some sort on my right ovary. I have an 80 percent chance it is not cancer!! Love to you all my sweet sisters!!!
-
Corinne, that is hopeful news! I had a hysterectomy and so far, so good. I hope it turns out uneventful and that you heal quickly. I had the laproscopic and it didn't seem so invasive. Afterwards, I just felt like I had done a very intense ab workout. I pray yours will, too.
Hope everyone is doing well,
Deen

Deen, Why did you have this done?? Did you have a complete hysterectomy? How long for recovery? Has anyone heard from Misty?
