Getting ready to go to Walfart to buy some cheap sneakers. I checked out the temperature in Bermuda and it is not that warm. 66 degrees. I checked out the long term forcast and the weather shoud be pretty good in the high 60's and low 70's.
Sandy, my Dad is doing pretty good, I will see him tomorrow. I hope everything is ok with you. When are you going to have the bone scan, I had one when I was dx.
-
LOL, talking to yourself!
Glad Dad is doing well.
-
The Walfart in Chelmsford STINKS. All I want is a pair of cheap sneakers like KEDS, do you think they had any? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Bon of a Sitch.
-
Sorry Deb Walfart makes me think people are farting in the store.

Do you have a Target near by?
-
About 20 mins away.
-
I hate walmart and love target. I dont think either sells Keds.
-
Just checked Sears they have it. If you have one close by?
-
There should be one close to you Deb, in Tukesbury?? (sp)
-
Or JC Pennys in Nashua???
-
Zappos has them online - no effort at all
Plus free returns - I love zappos. I need to be at that beach house with vodka too! Will there be a masseuse there? A pool man/boy? Wonder if Sam will be there.
It's been a long tough week - DD got really sick and we spent the night in the ER then today we drove her to two specialists. In my opinion none of this would have happened if my doc hadn't been on vacation. The on-call doesn't know us, said we needed to go to ER, then decided she had something she didn't have which we found out after going to the second specialist. Long, long couple of days. Plus I missed a cooking class that I really wanted to go to!
Whine, whine - have you noticed that I am whiney and self-absorbed? I really am not but so much going on, that it probably seems so. Thanks for putting up with me.
-
Diane...that's why we are here for. I was talking all day to myself.
They are good friends they won't throw us out.
Sorry everything you went thro.....How is the moving is it happening as originally planned/
How is Shelby?
Hugs♥
-
Hope DD is feeling better. Sorry you missed your class.
Hope you can find some shoes, Deb.
((((((((TOL)))))))))
-
Shelby?? Is that directed at me or Diane?
So sorry you have had a tough time Diane. Hang in there. I;m for the beach house and vodka too.
Good night my friends!
-
Chris - you just can't sit still, can you?
DD is a bit better but it leaves us not knowing for sure which of three diagnoses is correct since they are treating her for all three. Sheila - thank you for letting me whine
As for the move, I definitely lost some time this week, but am adament we will sleep at home on Christmas Eve. The cabinets are painted, new floors are in, trim has been painted and walls start tomorrow. I am pretty sure we can get in there by Thursday. Just in time to buy the last scrawny little tree left which just might be the best tree we ever had.Shelby is really cute, perpetually hungry and hasn't lost a strand of hair yet. Next week, she will be a month old. DS and DIL are not getting much rest, she's a night time screamer. We all get through it, some more gracefully than others. She will ask for help when it gets tough enough - DS is finding it hard to work with no sleep and he can't always be there to help. After we took the stupid grandparent class, I saw DIL posted on facebook that "she misses her mom and this is so, so, so hard without any help". She was much nicer preggers.
