Enjoy the dessert!
We got our generator up and running today. Now we just have to wait for the electrician to hook up the well, heat etc. At least I know it works.
Very cold out!

Hey ladies it is 930pm saturday night here, watching Charli while daughter works, her husband is in idiot, anyway....boys were 18 yesterday, say they are adults, this I have to see, George is sort of passing school and Michael is still failing....19 year old kid ran a red light and killed 2 kids in their school 15 and 16 I think, so sad, kids should have to deal with that kind of death at this age.....he was drinking and high...had gf's car...was being chased by police and was going 100 mph, his life is over as well as the kids.....so sad.....
Me I don;t care about their hair, ever and people always were torturing Jamie about Andrew's hair......said why do people care about when you cut his hair......you know Linda you ruined his life now, he will never want to leave the house....
Deb...Bermuda countdown is officially on...
ducky, got daughter to buy a calendar for Andrew and of course Charli and one so she didn't give it to him.....are you kidding me.
Santa in the fire truck tomorrow......love that really miss when my kids were young that was the best time in my life.....
HAPPY SATURDAY NIGHT!!!! HOPE YOU ARE ARE WELL!!
-

Good Afternoon

Hey Sandy ......................That was horrible about those kids.........my daughter's mother-on-law lives right up the street in the Karen Court Apts...................she said it was awful..............and today in the Daily Times they said the bastard was out on probation..............what is wrong with the Judges in this county...............they should be put in jail along with the jackass that killed those kids.................so, so, sad, God help the families of those boys.................The bastard that killed them should never see the light of day...........too bad he didn't kill himself too, but then that never happens....................
My "grands", love the calendars..............it gives them something to look forward to every day..........as I said even the 29, year old "twin" grandaughters get them.........................next year i will start buying for the "twin" great-grandaughters..............too young this year......8 months.............
Well hope you have a good day Sandy..............I guess all we can do is take it "one at a time", although I have a "framed saying on my kitchen wall over the sink that says"............"God will never give you more then you can handle"............sometimes I question that very seriously, but some of us are living proof that it is true..................you girlfriend are one of those people........hang in there..........hugs.

Hey ladies...am still in bed waiting for football to start watching the Gilmore Girls, which I didn't watch when it was on tv....Dallas is on tonight.....Breakfast with Santa is next week...
George is in his room and Michael is on the x-box. My daughters took them out to dinner (yea I went) and Tommy took them to Kohls and bought them clothes, which they don't need.On my 7 days off, going to onc on Wednesday after Zometa on Tuesday....
Am going to make choc. covered pretzels, maybe tomorrow have to go get the pretzels but I think it is in the 30's out and don't feel like getting a shower and going to Walmart....
Yea, Ducky....he was on probation for 2 things.....and they both died. Both 15 and were bestfriends.
Hate the cold weather, could never live where you all live...Hawaii or Bermuda!!
HAPPY SUNDAY!!
-
Just got back from my family Christmas party. It was great. We rent a hall and all my cousins and aunts, uncles kids everyoone goes. Santa comes and gives all the kids presents. We have been doing this for 40 years! So much fun!
-
I went out and ate everything my heart desired.
The best was chocolate cover cheese cake OMG

Linda i love this type of traditions.
Since DD is no longer in NY I get very sad and emotional during this season.

-
Thats understandable Sheila. I think some year you and other DD should spend a Christmas in Hawaii! If she can't go, I will!
-
Ms. Z is helping me now.
I don't think she can just go because of her job.
i need to move there and you can always visit with no hotel expenses.
-

I would love doing this.
linda..Did you see DD Christmas tree on FB?
-
No, but I will check it out now!
-
It's beautiful!
-
Thanks shiela I have my new desktop...
I seem to be really emotional this year....my kids live within 15 minutes of me and they might as well be in Hawaii...
Linda, I love that, 40 years, and you know they will continue it on....you rent a hall? Do you rent the santa or is he a family member......
Is everybody done Christmas shopping? I am really glad I don't have any money cause I know I would go over and above (like usual) for the grandchildren and would be buying galore, so if I don't have it I can't buy it, works for me, kinda makes me sad tho, like to make people happy, but with the grandchildren (the little ones) they will be getting enough and I buy all year around so it is fine with me...
Where is everybody, Meece, Foots, Raj, Chris????
-
Santa has always been my dad. This year my nephew was Santa. They did that to freak the younger kids out. They figured out Grandpa was Santa since he's never around when Santa is. The look on their faces to see my Dad there was priceless!
Sandy, you have a heart of gold!
-
I actually feel sick in my stomach.
My niece called me.....My SIL was DX with lung cancer possible met to the brain.
i'm very upset & don't know what to do.
She was sick for a while and didn't say anything or see a DR. Because didn't want to bother her family and they are very close................................................
-
I'm so sorry Sheila. I feel so bad for you and them. Will keep you all in my prayers.
Here is the new Santa...

-
Thanks Linda.
Who is Santa's friend?
-
