chip in and lets tell a story and have fun with it.

Mary went into the hallway, and the clown locked all 4 locks behind her.  But the clown didn't follow Mary.  She was probably trapped!  She went to the first open door, and inside saw.....

woman hanging by her neck!  And when she looked closer, the woman had the features of - Mary!  What was going on?  Had the clown slipped her some LSD?

Mary could hear noises as she walked down the dark tunnel, she kept expected someone or somthing to jump out at her any moment and say, Surprise, your on candid camera, but she knew it was real and her life could be in danger.

As she got to the end she saw another door and could hear voices whispering, then a loud scream it was a mans scream she thought, then the door opened automatactly...

but she didn't care. She had to save Brad. It seemed that there was only one torturer. Without thinking, she ran right up the the fiend, pulled out her pen gun and shot him right between the eyes at point blank range. As he fell to the ground, she grabbed the knife from his belt, and quickly released Brad from his bonds.

"What's that?" Mary asked.

"Follow me." Brad replied.

Brad grabbed a gun that was in the room and blasted the camera in the corner of the ceiling.  He stood on top of a table and pushed out a ceiling panel.  He grabbed a flashlight from the torturer. "Up we go!"

Mary went up first, then Brad pulled himself up.  Brad carefully replaced the panel, so they would be more difficult to follow.

"Its so dusty up here."  Mary whispered.  "I don't know if I can breathe."

"Watch your step." Brad said.  

Mary whispered to Brad, "It's so dusty here, I'm lucky I didn't sneeze."

"We need to get moving, Mary."  Brad reminded her.

They came to a fork in the vents.  "Which way, Brad?"  Mary asked.

"Sometimes you're the fork, and sometimes you're the road.   I read that somewhere."  Brad replied. <fully crediting barbe1958>

"I don't want to get skewered."  Mary said.

"I don't either." said Brad.  "Lets go left.  It feels cooler in that direction."

Mary and Brad continued to crawl, and crawl, and crawl.  They finally found the source of the cool air:  a fan.  But the fan totally blocked the passageway.  

"What now, Brad?"  Mary asked.

"We need to get away from here, Mary." Brad said.  "We don't know who is shooting who.  Time to back up."

"I can't crawl backwards, Brad."  Mary insisted.  "Besides, I won't be able to see where I'm going or see if someone has decided to follow us in this maze. "

They both heard someone lifting a ceiling panel.  "It looks like our dilemma has been solved one way or another."  Brad whispered.

"Hurry up," said Mary. "One of those creeps could turn up any minute."

"Nah," said CJ as he pulled them through the panel. "The Swat team that came with us should be taking care of them just about now."

With that, they heard a long burst of submachine guns coming from back in the tunnel.

"This has been the longest day of my life," said Mary. And with that she  fainted dead away.

After a lenghty much need nap, Mary woke up first, she thought at first she was at home in her own bed and it had all been a terrible dream or more like a nightmare she thought, but quickly realized it was real. she thought back of how this all happened and how she could of got her self in such a precictament.

"Why didn't you wake me up Mary"? snapped Brad, "We have got to get a move on"

Mary was snapped back into reality, "Wheres CJ?"

Brad looked around and seen she was not in the room...

"Shhh Mary" said Brad. "It is not important."

Mary pulled back her shoulders and looked at Brad with steely eyes and repeated her question.

"Who do you work for?"

"No, I'm not your half-brother. But I definitely have your best interests in mind, Mary." Brad said.

"Why did you lie to me, Brad?"  Mary asked.  "It feels very paternalistic."

"Because you're in a world that you don't know much about.  I'm trying to protect you."  Brad replied.

"Don't tell me!!" Mary interrupted. "If its that dangerous, I don't want to be even more likely to be killed."

"I wasn't going to tell you anyway, Mary.  It would put too many people at risk."  Brad said.  "We've had too many people die anyways."

"ok, its time to move, said Braid we dont have much time, I got the go ahead, there is a trap door right here" Brad walked over and slid it open. inside was a underground tunnel that led out to the street, Mary could see lights and cars going by.

'Oh thank god" Said Mary- I can breathe again! "Well I dont know about you but im hopping the next bus back home and dont even try to stop me or i swear Brad i will kill you myself with my bare hands.

Brad let out a little laugh and said, "Take it easy Mary, we still have a job to do and you arn't going any where"

Mary started to run as fast as her legs would go, then realized she didnt have any money, her purse was back at the hotel. she stopped dead in her tracks and waited as Brad caught up to here. A big black limo pulled up

Then a familar face bent forward, "Cj, Mary screamed. what happened to you, and where have you been'?

"Just hurry and get in" Said Cj

Mary jumped in and brad tryed to but the door slammed shut before he could get in, the limo sped away

"Where on earth is going on"? Demanded Mary.

"No disrespect Cj, but when we get back to the hotel and i get my things, im on the first flight out of here, and you are on your own"

"Your flight is already booked Mary, said Cj  but you are not gong home, you are going to LA, the men who you were suppose to lead us to have gone there"

"Cj, said Mary, how is it i got caught up in all of this, if im not really brads half sister, why me" ?

"Because Mary, you were involved with some mafia people who still trust you and dont know that you are working with us, Your life is in danger if you dont follow our rules, simple as that" Said Cj
