Tracie you ROCK!! I am so hungry today ladies. I think my body is re-adjusting and I am hungry. Tired of bird food
-
gillyone: I'm sorry you are up a little. It has taken me so long to get to this point. I have a wedding coming up and I think that is helping to motivate me!
-
Gillyone hang in there. I have a new vice. BarBque Pop Chips! So good
-
Holding at 166. Same old story...been workig out but making bad choices especially when out for dinner. And here come the holidays.....
-
Sorry I have been MIA: been in Kentucky 2 weeks and won't get our belongings for another week. It's gorgeous here but we haven't had any time to explore-busy getting the house ready for our stuff.
I have managed to keep my weight down just due to the stress of the move. But this crisp, fall weather seems to make food taste so much better. My arm is in pain 24/7-I think being in pain has curbed my appetite but it's a lousy way to keep to a diet.
-
Hi everyone. Hope you are all doing good. 197.1 now, not that much less but a little is better than nothing...:)
-
165 this morning. Happy that the weight (only4 or 5 lbs) is staying away. Keep plugging along, JenC.
-
Great job NavyMom. Down to 196.2 today. Was lower on Saturday but binged yesterday but its all good. Hope everyone else is getting there little by little:)
-
Lynn...you are running? Good girl! Did you run b-4 BC..if you previously said you did I must have missed it...I think that is great...I didn't do much running b-4 but I do now...ok..not alot but I walk 2 miles per day..I try to run at least 2 miles a couple of times per week...I try to sign up for 5k's because that gives me the extra motivation to keep run more during the week...
Looking at the chart I would say that we are all losers...or at least maintaining our weight..good stuff!
I weighed 140 at the onc's last week (don't put that down Heidi!)...I had eaten and had heavy clothes on...BA naked I'm 135...
-
I am roughly now 155 after everything has settled and updated. I feel great and look even better. So I guess I have reached my goal. So here comes upkeep.
Heidi-I am signing off this will be my last post here....
I wish you all much sucess.
-
Yay Fighter! Good stuff on reaching your goal...I've reached mine also..happy at 135...now if I can just maintain it though the holidays...! I want a pair of skinny jeans for Christmas..and I want to look good in them.
-
Me too! I stepped on the scale this morning and I was 125... just like that! Wasn't even trying the past week or so.
-
Heidi..you started at 136 and now you are at 125..I started at 152 and now 135...I'm at your original weight...you must be a peanut..
-
Titan- But YOU are a bigger loser!
-
Wow, glad to hear everyone is meeting their weight goals. Still hanging in there by the fit of my clothes though I have no idea what I weigh, I feel really skinny. Stress of the move I guess.
-
Yeah..I'm a loser...a good loser...actually I think my metabolism is kinda back to normal...that took forever! with chemo and chemopause it really slowed things down.
Now I'm like the energizer rabbit and would probably drive you all crazy if you were around me.
-
Titan- same here (except the chemopause part--- I've been neutered).
-
Heidi..good thing you didn't have to go through chemopause as the same time as chemo..my family said I was a real b**i**t**c@@ch....seriously...imagine that...good think I really don't remember much.
-
fighter: Just noticed that you are done--WAHOOOOO!!!!!
-
MBJ..good you are feeling skinny...I dunno..maybe 135 isn't good enough..maybe I should try for 130..but ya know..when I weighed 128 I was diagnosed with BC...I feel like that maybe my 'sick" weight..do you guys understand where I'm coming from? the mental stuff???
-
Titan- yeah, I've thought about that before also. I was pretty skinny at 122,... but I also had a huge amount of stress going on in my life at that time. I will always wonder how much that might have factored in.
-
I definitely think stress factors in..at least somewhat...I had issues 6 months b-4 I was diagnosed..and there are alot of people on here that have had the same thing...of course some haven't had anything..who knows...
I try to relieve any stress I had (ie..daughter's wedding)..by jogging or just trying to put it out of my mind...I just won't let myself go there again...I can't.
-
I was 20 pounds overweight and totally stressed out. I wasn't eating any more-the pounds were from a thyroid disorder. Quitting working for an a$%hole really helped eliminate stress and once we settle in, hopefully moving out of Los Angeles will take care of the rest of my stress. Too skinny for me would be in the 145 range-way too thin.
-
After the big Thanksgiving I weighed in at 128 at Weight Watchers. Not too bad considering what I ate.
-
GuyGirl- that's great! I dropped down to 125 without even realizing it and then popped back up into the 130 range after turkey day. (sigh)
-
Still at 152... Thank God !!!
-
I'm still at 135..eating whatever I want...
Thanksgiving totally did me in...I ate so much...and I will spare you the gory details...but I really couldn't eat much for a couple of days after...things are back to normal..but man..that was nasty!
-
-
Titan you crack me up... I do know what you are saying .... When I do eat I can't stop or I get an idea in my head... people better watch out around me.
-
Morning Ladies,
Just finished my last radiation treatment this morning and wondering if I could join in on this thread.
