DH found out after a week of significant discomfort that he has a torn meniscus and needs surgery a week from today. Damn good thing we are moving to a rental with no stairs.
Geez, what a couple of years it's been. I think I can, I think I can.....sure, I can handle more.
Tonight is wild wind and rain - sort of perfect for crawling in bed with RHOBH....
-
RHOBH...still trying to figure that on out??
Hope DHs surgery goes well. You found the silver lining....no stairs.
-
Watching the talk, they are giving free mammograms, are you kidding they are saying they don't hurt, yes they do!!!
In the 70's today, Andrew has a scrimmage tonight here in Folcroft so don't have to go far to watching him, he asked me what side I will be on, lol....Uncle Tom's or mine, lol!!! too cute and Friday is Andrew and Mom-mom day, only 3 hours tho!!
-

He is hiding in the fridge. I put it there this morning. LOL
Not sure if I'm in the mood for it????????
-
Well, only you can decide that!
-
Sam needs to improve the ambience so you can get in the mood

And yes, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills!!! I followed that with RHONJ. Sick,I know. But their lives seem simpler than mine right now.
-
I started watching The Kardashians regular basis now.
Temp is dropping and it's getting chilly.
I dont like to feel chilly. I need to be warm.
THE END...................
Thanks for listening to my short lived vent.
Now I will wash the dishes and get ready for NCIS.
(((Hugs)))

I'm still warm. Still in shorts and flip flops.
Enjoy Sam!

I'm way behind you Sheila!!
THANK YOU!

I just looked and I am just under 2500 posts. Guess I better kick it up if I am to keep up with my TOL friends.
So knee surgery is on Tuesday for sure. Crutches, whining, and a terrible patient is what I anticipate. DH is not good with pain or sitting still. I suggested he would need to bring all his work home on Monday and plan to stay home for a week. He thinks he will be at work on Wednesday. If anything happens to him, it will because he has caused me to lose my mind. I am sympathetic, I am sympathetic.....I will work on that concept. Probably shouldn't remind him that I cooked dinner the night of my lumpectomy?
I sure do whine a lot lately. Promise to get better soon but so grateful that you all will "listen".
-
pain pill in his food! lol or ask the doctor for some xanax , you need it for your sanity! you just don't have to say who will be taking it
-
Xanax is our friend!! Good advice!
Happy 20th Anniversary to me!
-
