Thinking Out Loud.....

I didnt see it, but should have him watch it....and read Chris' post!
-
I was worried about your son, Linda. The pepper spray must have hurt - and did the water from washing it off make it worse? Maybe I just rinsed it off and didn't use soap and that's why it burned more... Good to know the water will "activate" it, though - for future reference. Not that I have pepper spray anymore. I don't. I'm not responsible enough. lol
-
Chrisct, I think I was watching that same episode of "The Closer". I have and old canister of pepepr spray in my car console. I seem to remember something gooey but dried in the little section I keep it in. I guess I should take care that i don't try to "wash it up". It might be wise to just toss that one and get a new one.
-
Ha ha - The Closer - that's right. I watch so many of those shows, I can't remember what happened on which one. CSI Miami(when football doesn't change the airtime and we don't record it - grrr) CSI NY and NCIS.
I'd toss it - you don't want it leaking on you.
Chilly out today with that wind. It's in the 60's, but doesn't feel it.
Here are a couple clips I like from CSI NY. Funny.
-
Chris you are too funny!!

So I missed the band competition today. Drove down there. Wanted to try to park at the middle school where they said there would be limited parking. Second choice was the magnet school down the street. So I get to the middle school and the parking guy says it's for handicapped only and that I can park at the next school down the street. I get there and there is a big sign saying "Buses only" and no parking attendant for me to ask. DH was already there- had gone directly to the field -where I knew they weren't allowing parking - and they told him to park at the high school. Well that wasn't on the parking directions document so I had no idea where it was. I kept going in case the high school was farther down. Then DH calls and says they are changing their performance time to 4:30 instead of 5. It was 4:15. There was no way I was going to be able to turn around, find the high school and take the shuttle to the field by 4:30- so I just kept going since the road I was on would take me back toward home. THEN - when I was about 5 min from home - DH calls and says they aren't changing the performance time. Well, by then, it was too late for me to get back there, find the freaking high school and take the freaking shuttle to the field by 5. So I kept going home. I am so pissed.
-
I bet your freaking pissed!! Hope you have calmed down.
I am done painting for today. SO SICK OF IT. DH is still working. I'm having a cosmo, ordered Chinese food and will have 5 teenage boys for the night. UGH! Oh yeah, I am dog sitting for my neighbors dog too......

Fireworks down the street -thought it was thunder 'til I remembered tonight is Fall Fest. They used to have Party in the Park in June and had the fireworks then, but they've moved it to October. Usually can't go because of band - not that I would enjoy fireworks in the cold. I liked it better in early June - even though it was usually muddy from spring rains. I should go see if I can see them. Trees might be in the way. It's only a half mile down the road.
-
I love fireworks. Hope you enjoyed them!
-
Chris i see you had a very busy & unproductive day. Some dessert is in order

Linda....Your resume is growing and growing....dog watching, painting. Enjoy your dessert.
(((TOL)))
We went to Red Lobster tonight. I have never been there before. OMG the food was delicous and they serve it in very large dishes. Had stuffed flounder and shrimp on the screw????, cheddar biscuits, mash potatoes and a healthy serving of salad with blue cheese dressing.

Sam was waiting for me so I had that too.
-
Good for you Sheila. I have never been there either but see the commercials all the time. It looks sooooo good!
-
You should go there Linda.
OK an early Good Night.
So much on DVR i need to watch it.
♥
-
I've never seen one! I'll have to google it.
-
They are not in MA, only CT and NY. A bit of a ride for me!
-
I did have dessert! I decided to get a banana split at Friendly's. So I drove toward the fireworks and parked on the side of the road to watch them. They were slow and long. I wanted to see the barrage at the end, but I grew impatient and left for Friendly's- where, of course, they didn't have bananas. Was trying to pretend I was being healthy by having fruit. So I had a brownie sundae instead. Oink. When I got there, I found I could still see the fireworks, so I stood in the parking lot and watched them - and saw the barrage from afar. Was a good demonstration of how much slower sound is than light. The sound from the barrage kept going long after the fireworks stopped.
I've never been to Red Lobster. I think it's because way back when it used to always have a really long wait - so I gave up and have never tried to go again. We have lots of restaurants around here - and Red Lobster is one. Should try it sometime.
(((((((TOL))))))))
-
We also have Red Lobster in WA but the two times we went there, guess what they didn't have? Yup. they had no lobster!!!!
Oh I would love to go to a Friendly's again!!!
Moving sucks. But almost as hard is finding the perfect paint color for the house before I leave.
-
Always ironic when the restaurant doesn't have the main food they sell. Like when we go to Panera's and they've run out of baguettes. We like to have baguettes with our cheddar broccoli soup.
Hope the perfect color jumps out at you.
-
I love Panera!
Friendlies closed around here;( last week. I think there is one that remains open, but the rest have closed. They filed chapter 11.
-
Love Panara, Red Lobster and of course Friendly's all the time, Friendly are still opened around here.......
Chris so sorry, but at least you had ice cream, need to go to DQ maybe tomorrow.
Andrew is here now for a bit going with his father, don't really want to go out, but dogs don't have food.....HAPPY SUNDAY!!
-
Seyla.................I think you meant "skew"........................still laughing, and wondering where your mind was going when you ate your flounder, and shrimp..........................hahahahahha
-
maybe skewer, even
hmmm....maybe that is where her mind was going. -
hahaha.....skewer......maybe, maybe not. She was with Sam.
-
HI TO ALL DIRTY MINDERS

((hugs))I'm a good girl I just eat.
Today i was with BUD.
Sending ♥HUGS♥ to all.
I had a nice day at the orchard ended up in a family restaurant eating home made spaghetti & meat balls. (I hope i spelled the balls word right) that's where i met Bud
GOOD NIGHT
-
I hope Sam won't be too jealous.
This topic of conversation fits right in with the subject matter of my class for my quiz on Tuesday- the reproductive system and its disorders and the drugs to treat them. lol
(((((((TOL)))))))
-
chris...make sure you leave the word shrimp out
-
Sheila - after a long day of hauling stuff to the rental house, I couldn;t be happier to find some laughter in your suggestive dining menu. By the way, it is meatballs, not meat balls.
Chris - is wanting to reproduce or practice ,at least, considered a disorder? Sheila's right, don't say shrimpy or petite.
-
Well years back we had a German Meat store where i live. Everything was fresh even the ground meat was grounded after you ordered it.
I love fry brains which most people might find it disgusting......so i went to the store and asked
"If had any brains" He said i hope so.
We started to LOL together. he went in and brought some and I came home with my brains.
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
-
shrimp - lol -
No, wanting to reproduce or practice is natural. Problems doing it are caused by disorders...
My friend is a pharmaceutical sales rep and one of the drugs she has sold is Cialis. It is a longer acting drug than Viagra. So she would tell doctors, "You get more bang for your buck." Made a doctor turn red once with that one. lol
-
I saw the commercial you are always ready no mater where you are yes?
-
When the time is right... lol
