Fighter:  Congratulations!!!!  You must feel so great, although a bit sore I am sure.

Suze:  It's such a great feeling to fit in to that one special pair of pants.  Yay!!

Well, it's liquid diet time for me.  Soups all week and we shall see if I can knock off at least 5 pounds.  This has gone on for too long.

Trace-I feel rather good. I was expecting the worse. It was pretty quick and I didn't even have to be put to sleep.

MBJ- that's my game plan soups, fruits and veggies.

Fighter!  Good for you...you will feel alot better about yourself!  I could probably use one of those too!

But..down to 134 today...this wedding stress is getting to me...at the rehearsal dinner tonight I ate my pie first ..then salad and soup. and could hardly touch the rest of the food.  I really don't want to lose any more weight...I know that sounds stupid after being chubby for 2 years!

Here's a great FREE site very similar to Weight Watchers on-line.  You track you food/calories and workouts. It gives you your target calories according to your current weight and your goals.   Here's the link:

     www.webmd.com/diet/food-fitness-planner

WebMd has lots of other helpful health info, also.

I'm getting myself geared up to get on-board......this weight thing is getting WAY out of line for me!

Brenda:  I was doing that for awhile but it lasted about a week.  So not good at following through.  I can't believe I have been on mostly liquids and I haven't lost a pound or an inch.

Titan:  Hang in there and hope your daughter's wedding is spectacular!

Have not been on in awhile.  I am holding steady at 129.  I am doing a weight watchers at work session that ends in 2 weeks.  Hopefully it will renew and I can go every week.  My goal at ww is 130 but would like to get down to 127 and stay there.  Slow and steady seems to work best for me.  It seems if I eat too many carbs then my hot flashes are terrible.  Something about that Weight watchers scale keeps me motivated.  If I stop going to the meetings the weight just seems to come back over night.  Stay strong everyone and keep warm.  Temperature in MD is chilly today.

So my clothes finally feel a bit looser.  Scared to get on the scale but maybe my diet is finally kicking in to gear.

Ladies..I'm thinking..and I know that is scary..but I really think that IF we gained weight during chemo..it takes a couple of years to come off...no scientist at all but think of it..we go through chemo and that has to mess up alot of things in our bodies, then probably chemopause, then the additional steroids with the chemo...I dunno..I think our bodies went through H*LL..and it takes awhile to get things back to working normally again...

Good job everyone!  We are losing the weight!

Titan:  Mine was so out of wack by the time I got my diagnosis I was 27 pounds over weight.  2 years is about right for me.  About to give away all my fat clothes.

To my surprise, it's taken me two years to feel "normal" again. I thought it would be way less than that.

Yeah, Heidi, I thought after the chemo SE's wore off I would be able to get back to normal.  Whatever that is, right?

So..it seems 2 years is the norm to be norm..hey?  that seems to be the way it is with alot of us..all I know is that one year ago (one year out from the end of chemo) I weighed 150 lbs...now one year later I weigh 135 lbs....I really think it takes a couple of years to get everything back in balance..

I was soo very excited to get back into a couple of pairs of jeans that I couldn't fit my leg into one year ago..hurray!

I'm back.  166 this morning.  No loss-no gain.  Still exercising but struggling with eating too much.

Navy..I seriously can't think of anything better than M&M's with peanuts..glad you like them too...I've always liked that sweet and salty..think we've talked about this b-4...but potato chips and ice cream...well..that's pretty good too.

But..we are trying..we still have to have a treat now and then.
