TONIGHT is full of surprises!!!! Scotty did REALLY well!!!
Big PLUS he did not hold his microphone as though it was a fife in a drum corp band!
-
Vicki,
If this continues, it will be an episode WORTH the wait!!!
-
Scotty and Lauren rocked!!!!!

(((JAMES)))
♥ ♥ ♥
-
Passing the tissues Seaside! I know, right Seyla?!
Haley did House Of The Rising Sun Incredibly!!!!
-
OK.... Geez... Just when I think I have it straight who I think will be leaving tomorrow, we get a performance like the one Haley just gave! Amazing!
Tonight..... All around, just WOW!!!
-
Vicki,
You won't be disappointed in tonight's performances!!
Mimi,
Better that you missed last weeks idol and not this weeks!
-
I never heard Haley singing this good before. ♥
I will watch the certain songs again later. I DVR'd it.
-
Totally agree!! So glad we didn't have to miss this weeks Idol... Lauren and Haley simply amazing tonight!!! The girls outshined the guys by a mile (my opinion) lol
-
Yay Lauren, she finally dug down deep and it was so worth it!!!!!!!!!!! James made me cry, you could feel his emotions so deeply. Haley, 2nd song was fantastic, her best performance.
-
mrsnjband,
I agree in that I think, overall, there were more really great performances in the first round! The second round did start as a bit Ho-Hum but the ones who did well did VERY well!
Should be an interesting night tomorrow! I can honestly say, I really don't have a clue what to expect!
-
I had to vote for multiple contestants tonight.
It was a good night.
Now we wait
-
Going to call it a night and get some sleep!
'Night all!!
-
now we wait!!!
-
I have not been watching Idol this season as I sorta lost my interest when Paula left and definately lost interest when Simon left. I did watch it tonight because a friend was over and she wanted to follow it since she has been watching it for the season. I like Haley!
-
I am still a big Haley fan, though I must say Scotty did great tonight. I agree Lauren did great as well; I'm glad Sheryl Crow told her to stand still! James screamed too much and I was not moved by his tears (though I have sympathy for him). I hope Jacob goes even though I did really like his second song (I really did NOT like the first one).
-
I think Jacob is in trouble.
-
James.....did great, is still screaming too much although I thought his second song was very good. I think he needs the win, to get a start in the music business moreso then anyone else
Lauren........looked great someone must have told her about the way she was dressing. She looked so cute........Sheis good
Haley.........First song was awful, second on excellent, still don't think she is the American Idol
Jacob...........He has to go, and hopefully he does..either him or Haley
Scotty...........my sweetheart Scotty.......he was fantastic both times........this kid is the American Idol, but I doubt heis going to win.......The only country singer that made it was Kerri Underwood out of all the seasons, and there were other good country singers.....................that being said Idol or not.........Scotty has a future......I'm sure some Agent has already signed him to something.................James could fade, Scotty will not, so maybe a win for James would be good.......he is a good guy.......just screams too much.
-
I thought everyone was great tonight! But, if I had to choose - I love me some James and Haley! I'd go to that concert tomorrow.

-
I thought everyone did good tonight. Especially Haley. I know she won't make it to the end, but I think she a has a very unique voice. Lauren did so much better tonight. I think Lauren and Haley both seem to get better each week. Scotty did good too. I thought Jacob was horrible. I hope he goes, but I am not sure he will.
-
FINALLY Lauren brought it. Just in time too. Definitely Jacob's turn to go. However, he is the one that votefortheworst is pushing through. Everyone else did very well. All in all a good night.
-
Well, Casey was the votefortheworst.com's pick of the week the week he was sent home... so I don't know if they can have as much influence when it gets down to this few contestants.
-
And Paul was their pick the week he went home. They don't have the influence that they used to have.
Jo, votefortheworst.com was started at the beginning of AI. They claim that they wanted to thwart the big business behind the show that was manipulating the contestants for ratings. They did seem to have an effect on the results for a couple of seasons.
