Susie (((((((((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))))))))))))) and good luck!

Yes Tracy is right! Be sure to check your fares on Tuesday after lunch time as by then most all airlines have adjusted their fares to compete with each other. Another tip is to sign up on airfarewatchdog.com and plug in your departing city and LAS. The site will email you alerts.
-
thanks for all the tips re getting the best prices for airline tickets!
-
Hey - just more money left over for shows, gambling or tipping the cabana boy!
-
Good to know Tracy... and Gretchen... thank you ! How are you doing Gretchen?
-
Jancie - I'm arriving on Thursday night. The flight was cheaper and since NVDiane is arriving on Thursday too, I figured I might as well too.
Can't wait to meet y'all!
Juli
-
Juli - who knows - I might end up doing the same also! I haven't had discussions with the dh about this trip since I am heading to Dallas for 3 weeks and we are not very happy with one another right now - I am getting way too moody due to menopause and he is getting less patient with me these days. If the flight is too expensive then I will just drive. I do know I can fly direct on Southwest from here.

I'm Home I'm Home!! everything went well, once we got started. Only took 3 hours this time. Haven't looked at my new "TATOO SCAR" yet..butreally glad to be one surgery closer to being done
!! Of course alot had a laugh about my allergy to my suppport underwear LOL & then my idea of putting a puffball alien in between the folds...well, wasn't able to do it-but still got a laugh that I was thinking about it!! Of course there was a wee bit of sad news-Poor Aurora(daughter) wasn't feeling to great this morning(but she get's that way mostly when I have to go in for surgery) Bryan(hubby) got a call around 10:30 she had thrown up in class-poor baby
By the time he got her home..she has been at it all day & still now & it has affected both ends. We had a friend who wanted to help & she watched her & cooked dinner. I went in around 11 & after feeling ready was home by 4ish. So...THANK YOU Everyone for all the Prayers/e-mails/chats-menat alot to know you were all there cheering me on!!
Take care Chow XOXO GOD BLESS
((HUGS))) Susie

So glad it was quick and easy Susie -- but sorry to hear that Aurora is so sick. Hope she gets better soon.
-

Went to Dr. today and received an awesome report. The tumors from my spine are gone and the tumors in my femur and hip have shrunk substantilly to the point that my Dr. considers me in remission. I am off chemo for a few weeks and then we will be discussing maintenance care. Praise the Lord God is so Good!
-
Susie, great news and glad you are home. Hope Aurora is feeling better.
Ebann, so happy you had an awesome report. Enjoy your time off chemo.
Well, i went to the oncologist Monday and had a good report. Next appointment schedule for 6 months. I will be haveing an MRI the last part of April as a follow up. This will be the first one since my BM almost 3 years ago. Not to worry, I know it will be fine.
A very good friend of mine in starting her reconstruction tomorrow and I would like to ask if everyone could send a prayer her way.
Have a nice evening.

Looking forward to Vegas. I love the Mirage. I haven't booked my room yet. How about you all? Are we booking rooms this early?

Linda doesn't know if she will be able to make it now - so might be needing a roomie. Won't know for sure for a while yet. Hope every one is having an awesome day!!!

I have not booked...... I am still watching these terrible flight prices...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.... I will try to call my roomies this next week...:) I am so busy with WEDDINGS at work....
I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo pleased to see so many returning this year... this makes my heart SMILE ! MAYBE this year we can all talk more.... with so many..... this is so hard.

Laura ~ Maybe this time we "can all talk more"?!?!?!?!? OMG!!! Didn't we all talk the entire weekend every waking moment????? LOL
Although I do know what you mean and could have stayed at the brunch for a few more hours chatting away with more ladies. Looking forward to seeing and catching up with everyone. Maybe this year the sun will cooperate and I actually make it to the pool. Then I can spend my $$ on drinks and cabana boys instead of clothes.........
Have managed to lose about 10 lbs so far so if you don't recognize me I will be the one with the curly hair and big boobs! Ha!!!
Susie, Jazzy, Clare~ Watched the Cher movie Burlesque last night and had wonderfully fond memories of the show we went to.
Everyone's positive news and great reports warms my heart. I pray for the entire group every time I see my naked boobs and that is at least twice a day. God is good!!!!
xoxo Colleen
