ATTENTION NEWBIES ON POSTING LIMITS

thank you so much for this thread!  I joined 2 weeks ago and am still trying to figure this all out!  I'm going to check that link with the abbreviations next! 

This is fine - I have only been making 2-3 posts a day since I joined 4 days ago but I would've thought in the very first place, newly diagnosed and scared of what might be coming, you would want the answers to lots of questions in a short space of time and therefore you would be more prolific with your posts? I didn't know this but I was told when I reached 3 in the first hour (I guess)

ETA Anyhow this is great! I'm not telling any of my aquaintenances or relatives who absolutely don't need to know but I needed to talk to someone who understands - so thank you!
