Meece, that is SO sweet about the lullaby!! What a gift of life in the middle of misery.....
-
Barbe - I meant to say that I LOVE your new hair also! So cute!
Meece - praying for your mom!!!! I think that is wonderful about the lullaby! What a beautiful way to celebrate new life!
Lynniea - with the herceptin, I have to have the scan every 3 months. Just had mine yesterday.
Got the results from my bone density - osteopenia and degenerative spine disease.
Have pictures I am trying to post to the garden!! Will keep trying!

As of last night, mother was still in pain. The dr. has decided to wait and see longer before trying to put the stint in again. Besides Dad and i, she had 9 visitors yesterday. There is no screening of visitors and during visiting hours they may come as they wish. I worry about her getting the rest she needs.
I loved the lulaby, too.

Oh Grace! How precious are those birds?? We put up a feeder our DIL gave us at Christmas but it has very tiny holes so we bought very tiny seeds and I don't think the birds "recognize" the feeder....
-
Mom's doing better today, spent a few hours at the hospital with her. She is having a HIDA scan at 5 today. The dr. told me her pancreatic numbers were much lower and not in the scarey range now. Whew.
I have been concerned, Eph. I had wondered if I had missed out on you telling us you were out on vacation. Glad to know it is just a blip. Rachel will be in our prayers.
-
Well everyone test is not today but tomorrow put date in wrong place. I guess I just want to leave at the Hospital.
-
Sometimes you feel like you do, Lynniea.

I don't remember if I mentioned that the second interview never happened. But, today I got a call and have an interview tomorrow morning with a large corporation who treats their employees VERY well. I need to portray confindence and be outgoing at 9 am. Please be thinking of me and send up a prayer that I will fit the job, and it will fit me.
-
Just said a prayer! Meece

Good luck Meece!!! I didn't tell y'all on this thread, but I'm going for a job with base (what I make now in commissions!!) PLUS commission!!!! I had a GREAT interview yesterday and am awaiting the online aptitude test. So, I know how you feel....trust me!!! I was nervous being older, but he said I was exactly the image they were looking for! If I get it, I will be going to Australia once a year for a company meeting!!!!
Gorgeous garden area 3jays, I bet you get a lot of peace having a cup of tea there....
