Seyla,
I would please like a clarification on "newbie," as I do not want to break any rules. I started a thread, posted around 30 posts in the "Not Diagnosed But Worried" forum, and then when I got my diagnosis and put it in my profile, I went over to IDC and started a new post under 2011 Sisters. I also made a shorter post in another forum, 2011 chemo pals, don't recall the forum name, just trying to settle into the best place. Does this mean I am no longer a "newbie," and therefore I can post at will? Or do I only have 20 posts left and I can no longer share in this much-needed forum? In other words, am I now officially a "non-newbie"? Thank you for helping me understand this rule for "newbies."

Good Morning dogeyed.......
Newbie means you are still posted under 50 posts.
There is one thing that Im trying to find out if you become a member like your case JAN 14 and you didnt post every day but you have been here more than 10 days (5x10=50 posts) you are no longer under newbie.!!!!
I want you to try post more than 5 today and try a 6th post see if it goes through.
You can always Pm me with the result.
Good Luck.

Seyla,
Thank you for the clarification. You are correct, I joined and posted around January 14, didn't post daily, just whenever. So, I reckon since I'm now into February 22, more than a month, and have got the diagnosis and am receiving chemo, I'm no longer a newbie. Now, as for posting a bunch and seeing what happens, ummmmm, I am a total wreck now that chemo has incinerated any brains I got left, so I don't think I could post five in a row, much less one a day. BUT if I find myself being rejected by the machine, I'll let you know, so you can "fix" me. By the by, I love all your decorative posts... I used to have a program where I could do some creative things, but Lord knows where it is now. Anyway, I shall assume I need not worry about how often I post or whatever, unless I am yanked out of my yawning existence by accidental reprimands! Love, GG
