Woo Hoo Meece! Yes, it counts as exercise and I'm very grateful to you for doing this task. Thank you.
-
I never get BCO news at FB???
Where is the 'fanpage' .......... I have friended the old 'busines' but don't know where the fanpage is???
-
Faith...go to FB and click on their logo.
honestly I dont remember how mine was done.
-
Me either.
-
I just saw your post. Maybe your setting is different than mine.
-
There are so much going on here it's hard to keep up with! OK the picture of the egg and fruit really got me going (thanks Sheila) - that looks so good! Now if someone would only make that for me...
Instant oatmeal is a great food in the morning - just add hot water. The problem with a lot of "quick breakfasts" are the hidden evil ingredients...the main evil ingredient being SUGAR. Pop-tarts are loaded with it, I think. Unfortunately, I love sugar. I'm trying to cut it out, trying to substitute agave syrup instead of sugar-substitute in my morning coffee. Haven't done it yet, but I bought a bottle.
-
Yes, I am friends with BCO, but with all this catching up and making the spread sheet, I haven't left E-Lab yet today.
Just updated the spreadsheet (By hand) now will transfer to the computer version then update the stuff here.
Does that count as exercise? It must, I'm down 1.2 lbs today!
-
Meece...The beginning post on the top is all screwed maybe you want to look at it or am i seeing things/
Edited to say Thanks for fixing it.
-

Good early afternoon birdies!
I think we must have all lost a couple of LBS just flitting through this thread. It moves soooo fast!!
I'm 151.0 today.
My goal is to lose 10-13 #.
-
I think I will have a catagory for special effort, such as the cashews Seyla. You will definitely get a point for that. I tried to paste my spreadsheet and it didn't work. All better now.
On Fridays please post
Current weigh-in weight (Not for flock members)
How many minutes of exercise you did for the week
If you increased or maintained a healthy water intake for the week
And any special thing you did to encourage a healthy lifestyle
-
Going to go get some housework and exercise done. Keep it coming girls, we are on a roll, and NOT a jelly-roll!

Faith, hope you figured out the friending BCO on FB. I had to go to the old BCO business and in December they posted a link to go to the new FB BCO fan page. So I was taken to that page and now am friends with the new BCO page.
Any suggestions for a team name BC in Colo? I was thinking the Cranes because I love watching our cranes - they're very graceful and always moving (even though slowly) and they eat little bites all throughout the day. What do you think? Any suggestions welcome.

Way to get on the right track, leaders.
I just finished 30 minutes of moderate exercise on Wii. I burned 170 calories! As soon as my heart rate slows a bit I will drink some water. I feel great. I will continue my "exercise" by chopping some of those branches I pruned yesterday. I chop short (8") so they will fit into our Garbage bin. We don't have green waste recycling in our area unless we haul it to the landfill.
-
TA-DA!!! 2000 posts for the birdies!!!

FaceBook frustrates me so much. I can't find where they are talking about us. All I can see is the Wall.

Just saw this and thought I would share:
Feature: New Year New (Healthier) You
Here's a good resolution: forget about cleanses and detox diets. Harvard Med School, The Mayo Clinic, and countless other reputable health organizations and professionals advise against it. There are no lasting shortcuts in life (sigh). If you want to get in shape and feel better, you don't have to starve yourself on a liquid vitamin diet. Simply eat nourishing, healthy food as often as possible and exercise regularly. The 10 Foods Women Should EatHere is the link for the 10 healthy foods women should eat:

The next time you pass a mirror, you can give yourself a big smile of appreciation. You're taking responsibility for your own behavior. You're heading back to healthy habits again. ~WW

My doctor said it is not good to use the colon cleaning stuff. Can put your colon into stress. Just eat lots of leafy veggies. Do we have to weight ourselves every day or just every Friday?
I am not suppose to be in here I could get FIRED! {:<P
PEEP PEEP.
-
Oh, little peeper, don't get in trouble. We weigh in on Fridays only. Don't get to obsessed with your scale on a daily basis, it will drive you mad. If you know you are on the right track, you will be in for a good surprise on Friday!
-
You are such a bad girl Deb!
