Deb...waiting with you. 7 minutes and counting if they are on time.

I'm sure if it gets full we can find another appropriate place like Linda's.

Good Morning everyone. Im not doing anything today I have a cold and cant control this stupid nose. Christine used to roll the tissue and stack it in her nostrils. That's a good idea.

Diane how was your party last night?

chris....I don't do that type of cleaning so often.

Meece...i hope you are recovering from the weekend.

    Coffee must be ready

Maybe Linda's tank is like the tents in Harry Potter where they are normal sized on the outside, but bigger on the inside.  (Anyone watch/read Harry Potter?)

Sandy - so frustrating when they won't diagnose our health issues!!!  Hope you can get them to tell you what it is!   Especially since it hurts!  Grrrr.

Sorry to hear your nose is running, Sheila.  My father does that with the tissue up his nose.  My mother makes fun of him.  Hope it stops soon and that you feel better.

Still staining....moving onto the polyurethane part though.  Wondering when I will finish up my Christmas shopping.  Too much to do...too little time.

The party was fabulous.  My friends decorated the table and it was gorgeous.  The chef produced some really fine food - I can't say enough about how great he was.  The guests were super fun.  I am exhausted, the house is a pigsty, the floor is sticky.  Getting through it slowly....

    Sheila - don't be sick!

    Ok back to cleaning...

AWWW, you gals are so sweet thinking of me..♥

The dx is Lipoma which I of course GOOGLED as soon as I got into work.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Jump to: navigation, search

    Lipoma
    Classification and external resources

    Lipoma on forearm
    ICD-10D17. (ILDS D17.910)

A lipoma is a benign tumor composed of fatty tissue. It is the most common form of soft tissue tumor.[1] Lipomas are soft to the touch, usually movable, and are generally painless. Many lipomas are small (under one centimeter diameter) but can enlarge to sizes greater than six centimeters. Lipomas are commonly found in adults from 40 to 60 years of age, but can also be found in children. Some sources claim that malignant transformation can occur,[2] while others say that this has yet to be convincingly documented.[3]

That nose is hysterical but they wash a few times but then just have fun squirting it out and emptying it on you.

Yes, I ate fancy last night - oysters. homemade pasta, lamb shanks, sturgeon, chestnut puree, celeriac....oh yeaah.  spent most of today cleaning up.

Tomorrow is rads.....yikes, that came up fast.

Deb - so glad it's just a lipoma and nothing more worrisome.

RCG - it does come up fast.  And it will be over before you know it.  I hope you have as easy a time of it as I did -  if not easier.  I ran an almost 5 mile road race the day after my 32nd of 33 rads.  Didn't run my best time, but I was able to run it.

LOL  - where do you find those pictures?  Don't show that to my DS - he'll never get out of the shower!

Thanx guys.  Sometime in January I will talk to the GS which BTW is my butt doctor, LOL.  I have an appointment with him Jan 28th I will discuss it with him then.  I cancelled my appt with his NP, and told them I did not want to ever see her due to the fact that she hurt me and I did not like her attitude.

    SNOWING HERE!

Remember these doctors are working for us.  We are the ones that are paying them.  Don't let them jerk you around.  That is why every 6 months I call the medical records department and get my medical reports.  I just ask for results and doctors comments.  I have my films and discs of my mammo and MRI's but can't make any sense of them when I download them on my computer.  Everything is too small.

well I am so pissed that it feels like he wasn't paying attention to what has been going on with me and I feel sort of ignored....if it was there 11/8 why wasn't something changed like the medication cause obviously it isn't work since there is another mass I guess, why no biopsy, what is the deal, these are questions that I should be asking him but won't see him until the 28th.  sorry!!

    Vent, Sandy, we're here.

The nose thing is funny, but last week I googled "Baby in Shower" images, for a joke, and there was one of those shower things in the shape of a pair of hooters.  I was afraid to post it here because it looks like a guy is squeezing bare boobies.

Anyone see the eclipse?  I thought it was too cloudy so I made only a half-hearted effort to look out windows to see if I could see it.  Then my DS got up shortly before 2:30 and went outside with the camera on a tripod to try to take pictures of it!   He saw it and took a few pictures.  Our camera isn't that good for taking those types of pictures.  Then it disappeared and he was disappointed.  At least he saw part of it.

Vent Sandy.  I would be pissed too.  Make sure you are pissed at your next appointment.  Don't let them gloss over it.  Maybe you could bring someone with you that is also pissed!

    Good luck today Diane!!

Well, Meece, I bet my boys would like that one more than the nose!  LOL!

We could not see the eclipse, Chris.  We tried.  DH and DS are so into that stuff.  They have a telescope too and use it several times a week.

So my DS wasn't the only crazy one out in the cold at 2:30 am?  Too bad it was so cloudy.  It was refreshing to see him get so interested in something not video game related.  I had a suspicion that he might get up because the camera was on the tripod in the back room and instead of being aimed downward at his Legos (for an attempt at stop-motion animation), it was aimed upward.  And the eclipse was all he was talking about all day yesterday.
