annamari, where do you live?
-
I live in central Alberta. And It's coooooold out here. It will be for a few days and warm up some and then it's back in the deep freeze. I like to dress in layers add some and take away if necessary. Not today though.
-
Bundle up warmly then, annamari.
-
I'm shivering reading about your weather Annamari
We were in the 40s today but some nice sunshine. We're supposed to slowly warm up with a high near 60 on Monday before we start dropping again. The low on Thanksgiving evening is supposed to dip into the teens. I need to get my winter blankets on the bed.
-
-25 celcius
Yikes, can't even get my mind around that sort of cold. Only place that gets that cold near me is the SOUTH POLE!!!
-
Supposed to be snowing/raining this am, but only cloudy and cold so far. I am not ready for permanent snow! I've got a bag full of bulbs to plant first! the ground is freezing and I think I'm up a creek on this one.
-
Wel, the rain hasn't made it here yet. That may not be good, because it may mean tat we will have the brunt of the storm in the middle of the day.. We are about 2/10" under our normal Nov rainfall so this should put us over.
-
My DS, DIL and GB are coming for Thanksgiving. I told them to bundle up baby-boo for the trip. Here is baby's latest pic:
-
37 degrees and sunny right now. Getting ready for my Michigan State Spartans to play Purdue at noon! Thankfully I'll be inside watching and not at the cold stadium.
What a terrific and clear picture Meece - congratulations. What a fun Thanksgiving you'll have. None of my Grandbabies are coming for Thanksgiving but I'm so lucky they all live within 10 miles so I see them frequently. You'll have so much fun being a grandma! Here are my four. We even got this picture with the 5 week old smiling. I can't believe it!
-
Wow Meece - that's an exciting picture isn't it? What a wonderful record for that baby when it grows up.
Suzwes - adorable little people and that baby is smiling!!!
Enjoy Thanksgiving ladies

21.9 degrees. Breezy. I guess I've got to give in and put on a coat when I go outside today. Sigh.
-
When I had my children they didn't do routine US. I had one with my daughter, and due to complications had to have one with each of my two younger boys. My picture was given to me on an x-ray type form. Someday I might try to scan them and get them to be able to be viewed easier.
Yesterday's storm brought 4/100! Yep really soggy. NOT! This morning around 2 another front passed through and dropped about 22/100.
-
I live in Texas and it is 81 outside. Where did the fall go???
-
Temps in the mid 30's here, cold for the beach any time, especially this early. Predicted to continue all week. Some snow mid-morning. Big fluffy flakes the stuck for abour ten to fifteen minutes after the fall quit.
-
We warmed up last night to 60 degrees and I actually slept with my window open. It was heavenly! We're at 55 now, expected to get to 65 today before the bottom drops. This is 30 degrees above normal for us. Supposed to have snow and be in the upper 20s, low 30s for highs by Friday. Typical Mid Michigan

-
A little snow, a little sleet, expecting some rain later. I'm surprised they didn't cancel classes this am!
-
It's supposed to be 10 degree Wednesday AM here----brrrrrr!
-
The gloomy clouds are parting and I see traces of blue skies. The outdoor temp is somewhere around 56°. My grenhouse was 70° at 6:30 this morning. I might have to go hang out in there!
-
Very hot and humid when I was playing tennis yesterday morning and then thunderstorms in the afternoon cooled things down a bit and it was very pleasant overnight. Cold again this morning but that front has passed over and we are back to summer clothes again. Very 'teenage' weather at the moment - so changeable it's hard to keep up with it!!
-
Hi everybody-
It's freezing drizzle mixed with light snow here in the suburbs on Minneapolis. Tomorrow is mostly clear, though...a good thing since we'll be driving most of the day. The temps right around the freezing mark right now, and we go lower tomorrow. We are headed to the Chicago area for TG and it has thunderstorms in the forcast there. Better than ice covering everything, I guess. I don't like winter!!!!
-
Low to mid thirties today. High winds. Snow delays for schools 20 miles inland, closures 4miles from here. It is supposed to be our turn for snow tomorrow.
-
This morning temps in the mid 40's (10 degrees higher than normal) and calling for temps in the 70's today (also higher than normal). The weather guessers are calling for colder temps and rain/sleet/snow showers by the end of the week. What is going on with the weather?
Sheila
-
Enjoy Sheila. We were at 59 degrees at midnight and then the horrid cold front came through. Our temp (9 hours later) is now 37 degrees and dropping, we're supposed to have wind chills in the 20s all day. We even had tornado watches last night, unheard of in Michigan on November 22nd! I hope no tornados for you!
-
It is currently 71 in south texas with a high of 86 today. We are not suppose to get the cold front until Friday morning. Friday high is predicted to be 56.
-
snow on the ground upon wake up! This is NUTS!
-
Suzette, you can probably take the prize for knowing what "cold" really means. I'm in NH and it gets cold here but the worst "cold" we ever felt was while visiting our daughter (also a bc survivor) when she lived in Wisconsin. When the dog couldn't "hold it" any longer and needed to go out, even she got a pained expression on her face and hesitated when the door was opened!
Happy Thanksgiving, ladies. As long as we are breathing oxygen in and breathing out, we have something to give thanks for!
-
Touche Kathy! I am giving thanks for breathing O2 in and out everyday. We're down to 32 degrees with a wind chill of 21 - no snow right now though - Sherry, please send some warmth north. Joni, do you usually get snow this early? Do you usually get much snow at all?
-
No & No-it's bizarre. It's mostly all gone now, but it's supposed to get really cold tonight! Yucky!
-
Yesterday -3 today 16 the weather up here makes no sense. Tomorrow its suppose to be winter again.
