Ohhhhhhh.
This morning I got fully dressed before I thought of weigh in and when I weighed I was around 166 if I remember right. That's with jeans, sweater and sneakers on, so it probably is a little less than that. But I wasn't going to take my shoes off and put 'em back on. I don't bend over that far right now unless I have too.
-
Well, I've been on an upward spiral since mid october with the halloween candy and then last weekend was wine tasting. I was 130 this morning. I think it was Sheila who asked for a new beginning weight. I was going to ask Meece, if you could do that for me and put my weight at 130. I should weigh no more than 125 for my height and we're heading into the difficult time of year. I know we can all do this! ELAB and Exercise!
-
Consider it done, Suz.
-
Thanks Meece.
A small victory for me yesterday and today. I ate no sweets of any kind - no cookies, cake, pie, or candy or anything. I think eating sweets has been a huge downfall.
-
So eating cheetos are okay?
-
I have to get off the sweets too. (Easy to say, hard to do after I mixed up and froze some holiday Toll House dough yesterday.)
-
Cheetos are o.k., unless your mouth tingles...then you might gain a few pounds.
-
-
Sweets are my downfall........ I had a small handful of mint M&M's today.......
151.8
-
I weighed in this morning 162.2.
Less than a half a pound from my low, I'll take it.
-
'Gotta get off "Jacks" and other fast food restaraunts. "Too much fat and cholesterol and pounds!!
-
Wow, mimi. You must be serious because those are some big and bold words!
-
-
Seyla, no wonder you can't sleep, you get yourself all wound up with laughter. If laughter is the best medicine, we should try to find humor in everything! Well, almost everything.
-
Sheila your soooo not funny, heeheehee (just kidding)! The reason my letters were so bold is something happened with my computer and i couldn't figure out how to reduce the fonts. LOL!!
-
I can never change the font sizes in my posts. I think you have quite the skill going there, mimi!
-
God help me to change my eating habits after 10.00PM
-
Sheila, prayer! That's the ticket!
Dear God, help me eat less (especially sweets) and exercise more!
Ok, I've gained 4 pounds this weekend and haven't eaten anything horrid. I think it's all water weight. Anyone having trouble with some medications they're on causing water retention or is this what menopause does? (BTW, I'm a research/QI nurse and have no idea what's going on and frankly want my fellow BCO sisters opinions and not some researcher's!)
-
I wish I knew what was going on with me, too. I asked my Onc PA to request a hormone level test to see if I was going into menopause, But if she ran it, I don't know what test it was, and she never called to let me know. I have the abs, just can't read them.

I also am thankful for all of my sisters here at BCO!! May all of you have a blessed holiday and an enjoyable weekend with your family.
I forgot to weigh in last week....I hope to do so Friday (what am I thinking..day after Thanksgiving..haha) . I have been on the ball with my running/walking. Trying to get in a routine with weight lifting as well. ELAB has been pretty good as well. I so pray I have some good results on that scale.
Enjoy ladies....
