I Come to the Garden...

Walking through the garden before going to my trip to the sun. A friend sent me the link to the Beatles song "Here comes the sun" pointing out that the sun is the strongest for of radiation.

Enjoy your walk in the garden, PM. Soak up the sun!
Bryce Canyon is in Utah.

PM.............. just wanted to stop in briefly to let you know that I am praying for you in the midst of this portion of your journey. Praying that your care-givers go above & beyond in their watchful, professional treatment. May they be inspired, directly from heaven, as they work fervantly on your behalf, joining their science with our prayers for the very best possible outcome.
Also sending prayers to your family, in the midst of their concerns & fears. That they may be gifted with grace and compassion in the middle of their aches on your behalf.
Yet more prayers for our Meecie's son -- as he ventures forth, independantly from round the clock care.
We are gathered together, to hold one another up, that we may be a blessing to each one here.
My daughter fell yesterday in the midst of her running to get the kiddos into the car & off to preschool. She was carrying the twinzies at the time. In her maternal instinct to keep them safe she smacked her head on the concrete on the way down. The Urgent Care people had her taken by squad to the ER. Nothing is broken, though swollen & in much pain. The bigger issue is her concussion. I am able to be here today and tomorrow to tend to my little tribe. Her deployed hubby was to return home today, but his trip has been extended briefly & we don't know when to expect him. It's awful when our children are in pain. There are so many inherant lessons in this little story. Be always grateful. ALWAYS. Yesterday morning she was heart-sick over her hubby not returning on his 'scheduled' day. Today she is bed-ridden and unable to climb her stairs. What she would do to have yesterday back.
I will go re-read about the 'hut burning down.'

Last night I made my flight reservations to UTAH..... in less than a month!!
It will take three different flights to get there and four to get home?
It's another one of these in & out trips, I can't dally, as we have a wedding to attend after I take the red-eye back.
I will no doubt be flying over these amazing vistas..... imagining them up close.

To rule the world with violence
Is their one and only goal;
Terror is their method;
They want complete control. We've seen it all before,
And we could not let it be;
We gave our lives for freedom,
For the world, and for you and me. We fight all forms of oppression,
Helping victims far and near,
To keep the world from chaos,
To protect what we hold dear. America's the only country
That gives with its whole heart,
And asks so very little;
We always do our part. So let's unite again
To subdue our newest foe,
Whatever we must do,
Wherever we must go. Let's show the world once more
That America is blessed
With people who are heroes,
Who meet each and every test. -
P mom and Ebann(strength and prayers) here is another beautiful garden for you.

love that Bryce Canyon pic. We went through Zion in 1997 or '98-DD was pretty little but she was a real trooper!

There is singing up in Heaven such as we have never known,
Where the angels sing the praises of the Lamb upon the throne,
Their sweet harps are ever tuneful, and their voices always clear,
O that we might be more like them while we serve the Master here!
Refrain
Holy, holy, is what the angels sing,
And I expect to help them make the courts of heaven ring;
But when I sing redemption's story, they will fold their wings,
For angels never felt the joys that our salvation brings.
But I hear another anthem, blending voices clear and strong,
"Unto Him Who hath redeemed us and hath bought us," is the song;
We have come through tribulation to this land so fair and bright,
In the fountain freely flowing He hath made our garments white.
Refrain
Then the angels stand and listen, for they cannot join the song,
Like the sound of many waters, by that happy, blood washed throng,
For they sing about great trials, battles fought and vict'ries won,
And they praise their great Redeemer, who hath said to them, "Well done."
Refrain
So, although I'm not an angel, yet I know that over there
I will join a blessèd chorus that the angels cannot share;
I will sing about my Savior, who upon dark Calvary
Freely pardoned my transgressions, died to set a sinner free. -
Hi Paulding, hope you are feeling a bit better. Hope a field of flowers helps.

Gardners.
Gardners.
Gardners.
My SIL came home tonight. It was such an enormous THRILL!! I was reading to the freshly bathed weeee ones, when he knocked on their bedroom door. It was like all of the air was sucked outta the room. They were so over-the-moon delighted.
I felt so fortunate to have been there to see the looks on their faces!!! It was stellar. Something I will remember for the rest of my entire life.
Truly a Veteran's Day present beyond all of our dreams.
[He had hopped from European AFB to AFB, then on a series of commercial flights..... his dad picked him up & then delivered him for the big reveal.

Love the pictures as usual - gardens and scenic.
Praying for all needs. Aren't we blessed to be able to turn everything over to the One who truly answers prayers?
Gorgeous Yosemite pictures, Meece. Did you take them or Google them? We've been to Zion and Bryce - sort of quickly, on a big loop from Tucson to Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon and back to Tucson. Are you planning a get-together Meece?

3jays, I notice yiu are on photobucket. If you follow the instructions I posted for you earlier you will get the photo. Ignore all links etc, just point the curser on photo, right click, left click on copy, come back to BCO and right click in posting box. When copy,paste box comes up, left click on paste. another box will appear asking permission to acces, just left click on agree. Your photo should appear. Good luck and keep trying, you are soooo close.

-
3jays, give me a couple of minutes and I'll see if I can duplicate what you are doing then I'll know how to fix it for you.
-
3jays, in photobucket, to make photo smaller or larger, left click photo and it will open in a larger format with a percentage at the top left corner. Move your curser just to the side of this and a header line will appear and you can resize by using one of these headers. Give it a try. I'll wait while you do it.

hope this works
just gettin info not pic WT F ?? got thru the acess thing, then boom -
3jays, when you come to the post your reply section, you don't use any of the things across the top do you? If so, don't as that makes the process more diffcult. Just right click to bring up the copy/paste small box in the reply box then left click paste. Can't think why else you would be getting the url rather than the photo.
-
