Oh ladies - What an adventure the past few days have been! Thanks so much for all that so many of you did to organize a lovely weekend! I too sat on the tarmac for what seemed like hours. I was so psyched to finally pull into my garage at 12 midnight, especially since I left my room in LV at 7 am! Today is catch up day. Love to all of you!!!!! - Jean

Ladies!!!! still jet lagged but had to get on to say how great it was too meet and see you all. It was a wild and amazing time and to ALL who worked SO hard to make this happen thank you , thank you, THANK YOU! My flight left right on time with no problems at 11: wow I got lucky I had no idea! Sorry for all the long waits so many had.
-
What a WONDERFUL experience this weekend has been. It was so neat to meet - hear the voices - and see the smiles behind all those posts. Thank you to Gisella, Laura, Tracey, Janet, et al....who worked so had behind the scenes and made this weekend happen. Your hard work paid off as we all had a BLAST! Thank you!
I feel a bit guilty that my flight was only delayed 30 minutes or so on the tarmac. I know Judy had a tight connecting flight to catch and that Linda was stuck in the vegas airport because of a mechanical issue with her plane. She was due to arrive @ 2 AM today in Memphis then a 2 hour drive home from there. Think she was going to get a hotel in Memphis and sleep a little before driving home. Waiting to hear that All our sistas made in home safe!

Good morning to all of you....Ladies it was great too meet you all and it was great to reconnect with the ladies form Last year...Packergirl.....Awesome CD....Love it and of course it is already playing in my cd player.
I made it home (Charlotte) around 1:30am, and as Laura said thank goodness to free Vodka and Cranberry juice.......We sat on the runway for about 1 hour and 45 minutes, it was crazy. When I got to Charlotte 90% of the flight lost their connecting flights and of course there were a lot of PO people at the airport and to top it all off it took them over 45 minutes to get all the suitcases out. I am so glad I had a direct flight......
I will be posting pictures soon I promise. I have 2 cameras to download.
You are very welcome, it was great to see that all the hard work paid off by everyone having a good time.
Talk to you soon
Gisella

WOW what a time in VEGAS with all you girls!!!!! for it to end on a sour note...
I was suppose to fly out at 12:30 pm and after several hours the flight was cancelled due to mechanical problems. I chose to stay at the airport and take the 2am flight. 13.5 hrs delay..thank God I had a book to read......I managed to sleep on the plane so I drove on home from Memphis and just arrived about 30 mins ago....at least I got to see Vegas all lit up at night high in the sky and it was just awesome!!!!
I am going to BED...just hope I can sleep a while...

Good morning!! What a weekend! I loved having the chance to meet all of you! How crazy was I to wait till the last minute to make up my mind!! Anyone else out there that didn't go this year, plan on it for next!! Thank you so much Tracy, Jazzy, Gisella, Laura, Debora, Janet and all that contributed to planning this unforgettable event!! anyone else with a sore throat from all the singing? My plane was on time, I was just waiting at the wrong gate. Looked up a little before takeoff time and wondered where my plane was, asked someone and luckily was still able to run and got on board!
What a happy day this is thinking of the wonderful memories and beautiful women I met!
-
So GREAT to meet all of you! And, thanks for making us new girls feel so welcome. Had a TERRIFIC time and really hope to be able to do this again next year. Quite a challenge getting to know the names of over 50 women (and I'm afraid I probably failed that challenge) but all of your beautiful faces are now etched in my memory. Guess I better get with the times and get a facebook page....LOL!
-
Good Morning Sisters! I was in the airport six hours, on the tarmac two hours, and home around six hours late, something like that; it's all a blur. But I Don't Care!!!!!!!! It was such a wonderful weekend it was all worth it! Please sisters, when you can, just pop in here and say "I'm home!" so we'll all know that you are safe and sound.

The Phoenix girls made it safely! We had a very long traffic delay due to a washed out road just south of LV! But we laughed and retold stories and made it enjoyable!
Great to meet all of you! It was a great weekend!! Thanks to all those who worked so hard to make it happen!!!!
-
WOW!!! What an incredible weekend!!! All that I had imagined and more.
The drive back was uneventful ~ thankfully I didn't have to go through Palm Desert or they might have kept me at Betty Ford . . . . . Ha!!!
The wonderful memories just keep coming in and fading out as I work for a living. If we had only hit that $123,000 progressive slot. Drat!
Thanks again to all of the hard working organizers!!!! My calendar is already marked for next year ~ doesn't matter when or where ~ I'll Be There.

I am still out of it today. I slept until 10 am this morning and can't seem to get my head on straight.
I forgot to wear my compression sleeve and glove on the flight home. Why? Because I was so freaking tired I didn't even think of it!
I have to leave for a therapy appt and will be back on either LATE tonight or tomorrow.
In the meantime - thanks to ALL of the gals for the hard work in putting this wonderful weekend together.

WHAT AN AMAZING TRIP!! It was so wonderful to see everyone. Simply amazing people! Thank you so much to all the ladies who coordinated all our fun. That was no small task to get 60 people into anything! Heymoose & her Mom- Thank you so much for the bracelet! And to the pink warrior roommies (jazzy, clare, susie, journey) Thank you for the pink tata bag and goodies. I am going to put that sticker on my car!
I made it home safe and sound. I think I was the first to text Laura and warn her the flights would be a mess. I missed my connection-- but eventually got here. As I was waiting on the tarmac forever I thought- thank goodness this didn't happen on the way in and chew up our time in Vegas.
gisella/jazzy- glad your enjoying the CD
Linda54- Oh honey I am so sorry you had that experience! Don't let it deter you from next year.
-
ALSO ....Stephanie for getting us the Bellagio Brunch! Poor thing wasn't able to make the trip...WE MISSED YOU LIKE CRAZY!!!!!!
-
Deborah said it first but I must-- it was like the pages of my favorite book had opened up and all the characters had come to life, and they were all my sisters!! I have a small family by blood, but a very large, caring, and wonderful family of women in the TaTa Sisterhood.
I can't remember having a better time, feeling the love and the amazement of this fantasy come true. Thanks to everyone for putting this together for us. Thanks to Packergirl for the CD, to the women and their husbands who helped put together (or make!!) gifts, to all the smiling faces, to the unknown waitresses and waiters and cabdrivers who were so great and kind, what can I say but thanks and it feels so inadequate, but it is truly heart felt. I love you all, and I know, no matter what, I will be there next year!! WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

Love all of my goodies!! Wearing the bracelets as we speak. Nobody told me the goody part of the trip so I am thinking about it now for next year.

Same here Colleen -- when I got my first item -- Heymoose's wonderful bracelet -- she said: "I couldn't come empty-handed" and I did not understand. NOW I do. Too marvellous to have all these wonderful souvenirs of each of you who gave them and of the trip as a whole.
