Hi everyone!! Well 2 days to go! I am so friggin excited! BTW my sister is coming now!! I am so excited because I dont get to see her very much, since she's out in Cali. My flight is awful on Friday, I dont get in til 815pm, then I have to check in the hotel. Where will everyone be at about 930 or so?
I am so out of the loop. I am behind 15 pages on here so I decided to skip and just try to work backwards.

Stuff always happens at the last minute doesn't it? Hubby is SICK so I am staying far, far away. Even slept in the guest bedroom last night
Poor dog kept going back and forth with torn alliance and finally ended up sleeping in the hallway between the two rooms. Bless her heart. Anyway, crisis at work that only I can fix and today was to be my day off to get ready, pack, pedi, etc. Pray for me TATAs!!! It's gonna be a tough 2 days, but then I'm off to play with my new friends! Can't wait!!!
SUSIE - How long Now????

Put on your sound ladies! See you in VEGAS!! WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
-
Fun clip! Can't wait
Jazzy - glad you are back from the cold!
-
I feel like crap this morning - not from a cold or anything - because I didn't go to bed until 2:15 in the morning and got up at 9 am - not enough sleep. I have so much to do today. Housecleaning, grocery shopping, ride my horse, bake a cake - what was I thinking asking a group of ladies to come over for lunch tomorrow????
I am nursing my 2nd cup of tea and then I will be back here and there as I need a break from cleaning to catch my breath. I really need to go make a pot of Starbucks coffee or take a ritalin.
-
Just a little reminder...I always checked my bag, that is until they started $20 to check it in. If you carry it on board, you are only allowed a small amounts of liquids/gels. The TSA threw away my friend's fullsize, brand new, hair gel, suntan lotion, and body lotion. She checked the bag in as we left NY, but decided to bring it on board when we left Vegas. In the end, it would of been cheaper for her to pay the 20 to check it in...
-
I have always checked my bag - easier than hauling it around at the airport especially since I end up in the bathroom about 3 times before boarding. I carry a backpack that has my purse and any other essentials that I have to carry with me - book, sweater and that is about it.
Oh and I am packing my pillow!! Something about having your own pillow makes it easier to deal with sleeping in a different bed. Hotel beds are typically soft and mine at home is rock hard.

OMGOSH JAZZY-Caught me off guard with the photo LOL I've got one of us reversed LOL Speaking of Jazzy..she always helps me with what is ok to bring & I believe it's 3 ounces per bottle that you can bring of fluids & they have to be in a bag together? Correct Jaz?? I have to bring certain meds & special soap that are liquids. Plus I have to bring my nebulizar(breathing machine for the meds) and that has to be packed on top of my carry on so they can see it right away if I have to open my carryon, Just in case anyone else has somethng like this..good thing to keep in mind while packing. I started packing acouple of days ago..after reading some of your all comments don't want to forget a thing!! I'm a list maker..so did make a list & now just going off it. Won't get to pack it all till tomorrow nite-so right there with a bunch of ya!!
OK TA TA'S...steer clear of your loved ones who aren't doing well...reasure them that you do indeed LOVE them,but...your trip is right around the corner.
Since it is only 10:30 am here...that is 1 1/2 days with 1 1/2 hours till VEGAS WAHOU!! See the 2nd O? it's 1/2 since 1/2 a day LOL LOL I crack myself up..hey someone has too LOL
WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
LOVE & (((HUGS)))) GET WELL & REST UP TO PARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Take care Chow XOXO Susie

All liquids, gels and aerosols must be in 3.4 ounce (100ml) or smaller containers. Larger containers that are half-full or toothpaste tubes rolled up are not allowed. Each container must be 3.4 ounces (100ml) or smaller.
All liquids, gels and aerosols must be placed in a single, quart-size, zip-top, clear plastic bag. Gallon size bags or bags that are not zip-top such as fold-over sandwich bags are not allowed. Each traveler can use only one, quart-size, zip-top, clear plastic bag.
Each traveler must remove their quart-sized plastic, zip-top bag from their carry-on and place it in a bin or on the conveyor belt for X-ray screening. X-raying separately will allow TSA security officers to more easily examine the declared items.

Good afternoon ladies, this thread is going a mile a minute.......I am really excited about meeting all of you in Vegas.
I just got off the phone and guaranteed our spot with Kahunaville on Saturday morning at 10:00am. I was assured we will get our own area to have breakfast. We can take advantage of their breakfast offer or order from the main menu. They would like to ask us to please be on time since they are bringing personnel in to accommodate our group. They are reserving some drink coupons for us just in case we would like to return in the evening one of the days we are there.
I also communicated with PH this am. They said that if you booked your room under the tata's code, you should receive at check in a voucher for a bottle o alcoholic beverage and the instructions how to redeem it. If you do not receive it, please mention that our group booked the room under the "Drinks are on us" promotion.
I am really glad that the ladies under the weather are feeling better. Tracey....Nice picture.....LOL.
I cannot wait to meet you all
Hugs
Gisella

Get the quart zip lock bags that have the expandable bottom. I got some and they work much better because your bottles will stand up and actually you can get more in the bag....
-
Also, there are some exceptions to the quart bag and 3.4oz limitation. Contact lens solution being the one I use all the time. You can bring your big bottle, doesn't have to be a small 3oz bottle and it doesn't have to be in the quart bag. You just have to pull it out along with the quart bag to put it through security in a bucket. I think baby formula is another exception, but I don't think any of us will be bringing that!
-
I am cleaning out my big purse of things I do not need with me so that I can get lots of things I need on my flight...like granola bars and grapes, book and glasses and whatever else I can think of.....and my camera
