Paulding, did you have to ask the steward what it was? At least your dh used the chocolates.
-
You guys are great. I was worried no one else saw what we saw.
Seyla-He fed them to the walrus.
We may be a little kinky but chocolate was meant for one thing here, EATING!!
-
LMAO!!!! That is too darn funny Lisa!!! Oh my gosh... I'll have to remember that for future reference and tell my DH
!! I hope it was "good"... the chocolate that is.
And to think I came on here with a migraine now I'm laughing and smiling.
Renee
-
Isnt that wonderful Renee?
We found a cure for migraine. LOL
-
Is the cure chocolate, or the thought of it?
-
The thought of it.
-
Ugh I forgot to weigh myself this AM
-
I was 158 this morning.
Forgot to post.
-
I forgot this morning, too. I was just thinking we need to find a way to amp up the motivation here. I thought I would at least be even with my low, but I have no idea now.
-
Well I went and weighed in yesterday and I had another dreaded migraine so I didn't post... sorry! I didn't lose a pound. I think I am stuck! But I cheated rather wildly during the holidays like I posted earlier. so I am still at 148.5. Beginning to wonder if I will ever see the 135 lb mark?
I know it's of my own doing with resistance from my body. The tamoxifen probably isn't helping either. Frankly I'm glad I'm not a t 180 anymore! And I've lost such a massive amount of inches on this diet I'm wearing size 10's and 8's. Yeah hard to believe! Weighing what I weigh and I'm only 5'5". I guess I'm trying to pump myself up and everyone else to. Have a great Saturday!
Renee
-
Mimi, You are doing just fine. Get ready to give it another go, and you are bound to see the pounds slip away again!
-
Thanks Meece! I guess it's time to self motivate and get on the old treadmill. Hopefully that will help the pounds start coming off. My body has been stubborn before but not quite this bad. I have read alot about Tamoxifen causing people to not be able to lose weight but I have been able to up till now. Hmm? Makes me wonder... Back to the "eating like a bird" syndrome. Less is more!!!
Renee
-
I don't have any meds I am on to account for the stubborn weight issue. My goal will be to be able to take a new picture and show my tan feet.

I fell off the wagon with my seat belt still attached to me.
After having a delicious Chinese food, a I tried to clean the fridge all night and I did a good job.
That's why I don't keep goodies in the house but DD likes it and she has no issues about weight. She can eat and eat.........She left this morning back to Hawaii.
I feel little sad today.
tomorrow up to the wagon again.
good Morning
-
Hello everyone. (((((Seyla)))))) I'm off the wagon too and need to get back on. I don't think I did any exercise other than short walks this week. I must get back on the exercise and healthier eating wagon train ASAP.
-
Hi, all! Checking in! Down 1 pound.
Post me at 173, woo hoo! Thanks Meece!
-
I proudly report that I just threw away every leftover and good food in the garbage.
I'm sorry for people that they have no food to eat, but I had to do it.
I'm on the wagon with my seat-belt.
Thank You for reading.
Good Night.
-
Okay, only 4 more turtle choc. cookies left and I will get back on the wagon. Pawning two of on the little boys I'm watching today, one in hubbies lunch box and one for DD. Farmers market tomorrow with lots of good fruits and veggies. My other DD comes home tomorrow too for LA and she's a vegetarian so she will be a big help at least I'll be cooking more veggies. She does eat allot of carbs though.
Come on girls, it's to dang hot to cook, or eat. Stick with those sugar free fruit bars and low calorie snacks. Whip up some fat free dip for the raw veggies and grill some chicken or fish. WE CAN DO IT.
On that note I'm headed to Chicago next week for some double decker pizza and Chicago hot dogs with beer. UGH!
-
Paulding...What a beautiful avatar. your is all grown back.
More info needed on fat free dip please......Does it taste like cardboard/
You gave me a good idea I can use plain yogurt to make dips........
Costco rotisserie chicken $4.99 will last for 3 meals.
good Morning.
-
I was supposed to have a meeting at my house tonight and fixed mostly healthy snacks. The meeting got cancelled so DH and I grazed on aplle slices, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and tomatoes. The bad part was adding the carmel sauce and ranch dip. Oh, why can't i be good?
-
-
At least you got the fruits and veggies in meece!
-
Fat Free Dip
I just take some Fat Free Sour Cream and add stuff to it. Some times I use Ranch seasoning some time French Onion soup mix, the dry kind. What ever doesn't get up and run away goes in the dip.
-
Sheila you crack me up with your
(everytime you post it) LOL!!! I just burst out laughing. If only all of you could see me... we would all have a hysterical laugh party.
When I do laugh my daughter always ask me what I'm laughing about. I just tell her nothing, because she wouldn't get it anyway.
Lisa, I'm still loving your hair. Looking great!!!
Meece... I'm just like you if someone was to put caramel in front of me I would be in BIG trouble mister. It is one of my weaknesses.
I'm bad too I've had 2 donuts since Sunday.
So I join you Sheila and Meece.
Hey Valjean!
Renee
-
I found something that I didn't know we had.
Since DD bought every delicious cheese. Gorgonzela no way that was going in the garbage so I sinned on the last piece (Big chunk).
Now I'm done. Sucking on Edy's pop.
Renee you made me laugh with your laughing.
-
Hi everyone, I'm back! I have missed you guys!
I had a fabulous time with my DD, her DH & my cutie pie grandkids. So. Much. Fun.
Did get some walking in picking flowers along the road, LOTS of up & down stairs (count: 15 one way) to guest room in basement, sometimes carrying 2-yr old. Plenty of playing tag & running around in a jungle jim at the park. I must have looked like a crazy lady, but I was having fun & my grandkids laughed their little butts off at Grandma. LOL
BUT, I had plenty of foods & drinks that I should not have had. It's so hard to say no when it's your DD offering or making the margaritas.
I won't mention the weight I gained, I just have to get back on the wagon, pull that seatbelt tight & hold on while the ride begins again.
Nice to see you again, Lisa - your new avatar pic is lovely.
I feel like I have returned to family, Sheila, Meece, Renee, you make me smile with your "laughter".
Congrats to all who lost or maintained while I was gone.
-
Valjean we missed you... So glad to have you back!!
Renee

161.2
I have 2 excuses. I haven't been walking its torture outside.
Didn't visit the ladies room since Tuesday.
-
@ Shelia - Huhhhhhh??? Didn't visit the ladies room since Tuesday???? Wow you must be really bloated...hope you can rectify that that issue soon.
-
Michelle ~ RECtify. I had to laugh when I read that. LOL
I have lost 2# since I've been home but that is not less than above posted weight. I have more work to do to get back there. I was 146.2# the morning I left & was 151# Tues when I got back. How could I gain that much in so few days?!?! (And I did visit the ladies room regularly! TMI ?? LOL)
One margarita too many, I guess. And the thing is, I don't ususally drink unless I'm at my DD's house. But I did have 2 pieces of my grandson's b-day cake & other no-no's.
