Elaine!!!!!!!!!!! I have been so worried about you!! It's soooooo good to see you back "home" with your sistahs!! We got your back girlfriend! You can just let it all out here....vent, cry, scream, laugh, think up mean things to get back at him.........I can help with that. My first wish in that area is that he has one sleepless night after another!! There's nothing wose than needing sleep WANTING sleep and sleep not coming. So.............looks like suuummbudddyyy's gonna be doing alot of staring at the ceilings here soon. LOL
Seriously Elaine, I wish you ALL THE VERY BEST that life has to offer. It's your turn now. Your desires, your wants, dreams and wishes. Treat Elaine special in EVERY aspect of this situation. Make sure Elaine comes out on top with only the best decisions possible.
Hey Jayne!! So glad your mammo was normal. Hope you're enjoying your time off. Good mammos are such a relief and it's easier to enjoy a little holiday when you don't have that having over you!! Hugs!!
Lucy!!!! Any news yet? Didn't you go this morning for your test? Were they able to tell you anything?? Let us know when you hear something.
Vivvygirl-- How are you my friend? How are things with the kiddos? Sure hope you're feeling ok. What's the season there now? It's been soooooooo extremely HOT and humid here the past couple of weeks. .uuggghhhh...I just HATE hot weather!!! Not me at all!
(((((Shinygirl)))))))) where are you girlfriend???? Did you find a walmart close by? Hope your health is better, and hope the DH and kiddos are all feeling ok. I know you're always busy with the little ones....since you are ""Mom of the Year"........LOL........got to keep up the image........LLOLOL
Sending you hugs and the PEEEECHIEEEEEST vibes in the whol wide world!!! Hope you get 'em.

Oh and Dream!! Hope Dream's living it up and enjoying life! Ohhhh so many keep coming to my mind, KAK, Mak(I saw on another thread) Jaimieh, OhioDeb, Momtotwo, 1Cathi, 2new1's, Dejaboo........ohhhhh I know I'm leaving some out. Just thinking about ya'll and wondering if you've just moved on or haning out somewhere else. I wouldn't blame you for hanging out someplace else............housekeeping ain't the funnest things for us sistahs to be doing. LOLOL
Love you all!!!

Elaine hugs to you. I'm so glad you are putting yourself first in all this. I really hope things work out for the best for you, whatever that may mean.
Faith so glad that your pain has lessened. Sometimes it is hard to know why these things happen. I remember when the pain I was having from Arimidex gradually lessened and disappeared I was so happy and not at all sure why it had gone, the supplements I was taking, my body got used to it, exercise???. Prayers that it stays gone for you.
Coonie it's good to see you! I hope all is well with you. Yes I was pleased to get the mammo over with before we went away. Nick wanted me to postpone it until after the holiday, but I would only have worried about it while we were away, much better to have it over with.
We have had a great time in Lesvos and we are due to fly home tomorrow. How amazing it is to be here when this time last year I was recovering from surgery.
Hugs to all bunnies, I think of you all every day. xoxo
-
oh yeah and the kitty has been having seizures! all tests are coming back ok and still don't know what is causing. blah
Hugs to everyone good to hear of all the good results and hugs to anyone hurting, healing, waiting and doing house work.
-
Elaine! I didn't get a chance to post how happy I am to see you back sweetie! I am number one in my world, and yes my world DOES revolve around me! I had my brother ask me that once, "What, you think the world revolves around you?" and it really made me think. Duh, yeah! It does! Who the heck does YOUR world revolve around, eh??????
I liken it to the flight attendants who tell us to give ourselves oxygen first so we can help our little ones. You have to take care of yourself to be any good to others. I don't know if that makes me particularily selfish or not, but I am also very nurturing, too....
You will find putting yourself at the top of your list actually a very freeing experience! Enjoy your new life, it too, will have bumps and detours, but at least YOU are in the drivers seat now!
Much love,
-
Dear EBW,
Loads of the bunnies said it just right, amen to all the good stuff above about you putting yourself first and this somehow clearing the way for you to truly be no 1 in your word and rediscover, or discover for the first time what that can feel like. I wish you soooooo much good. You are one tuff wise cookie and the way you are handling the kids seems just right. You start the day with the priority to be good to you, always. big hug.
To all my bestest bunny friends and pals. You will just have to excuse my absence of late. It's not through lack of caring, but needs here and things that need around the special needs/school etc are very all encompassing and am plainly just used up by it all with little to spare at night.
When things settle I will be back visiting and touching base more. Sorry girls just struggling to do my best for the kids, and DS needs me sorting loadsssssss out now, for his education and for his wellbeing, so am "maxed out"?
big rainbow of peachy vibes coming your way, I aim to recapture my peachy vibe feeling just as soon as have made the riquisite progress. Wish me luck.

Peachiest of rainbow vibes back to you. Rainbow peachie vibes, too.
How are you doing at being #1 in your life, Shiny??
I realize that with your pips you can't do that very often, but I wish glimmers of such for you.

DS was up alllll night, upset. Neadless to say am whooped, he's whooped. He seems calmer this a.m but no doubt the strain of the lack of sleep will show. It's not like him not to sleep at all. Bless him. Now I ask you, how am I going to get things done with both kids at home, with no sleep. DD had a good sleep so she is raring to go, and the house (which I have started doing more stuff thining out with) is in great need of my attention. DH will be coming back for the weekend to the remnents of a wife and a house, well that is needing some loving. Hey, still. DS is calm this a.m no crying like last night, so the rest will just have to be what it will be. I love those chickadees of mine, am blessed despite this current bumpy road.
Hi Faith, hear you are healing some more and maybe writing a book. peachy hug girl.
Wish me a silly strong, magical cup of coffee this a.m.
hollyann, good luck with your latest scan.
big hugs to all

(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((Shiny & Elaine))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
You gals deserve a break!!
I'm thinking my day will be spent in bed today.......have come down with some kind of gunk that shouldn't last too long, but makes me tired....sure hope all you other bunnies are ok!!
Hugs to one and all!!
-
Day has gone better then expected. Just poping in to say hi!, now to "whip" the house into some kind of shape before DH comes back. I do like it tidy, but when DS's needs are very high, e v e r y t h i n g comes second, hence the need for dynamo house tidy now.
Coonie, my lovey.. hope your bug is over soon. Glad you are in bed resting, that is what I would have sujested. You take care of you. xx big hug.

It has been too long since I posted and I am not going to try to catch up, except to recommend FlyLady.com for helpful cleaning hints. I forget the exact name, but they have a "blitz" cleaning section for making thing look cleaner than we know they are.
Hugs and Blessings for all, Nancy
-
I went to the site Nancy and it's really full! Hope you can think of that section cause I can't find it! My house is now staged for sale, so it'd be nice to have some tips.

Just for barbe: moving tips:
-
oh Barbe - I missed that part - you selling and moving?
-
I gotta sell, just can't maintain the property or afford the commute.
-
-
Coonie - those pics are too cute!
Elaine - I am very proud and impressed by your attitude
I am tired, physically and mentally. DH passed out a few weeks ago; just dropped for no apparent reason. The doctors don't know why but are testing, testing, testing. Everything so far has come back normal, which is good, but docs won't let him work or drive until they find out why he just passed out. They have us very concerned. DH only has enough sick time to cover another couple of weeks, but it looks like he'll be out until the end of July. I don't know what we're going to do if we don't get donated time to cover. Everything points to a cardiac problem, but we don't know what. I have to drive everywhere now, including father-in-law's weekly apts at the wound center.
It is making me weary. I am so far behind with everything at home and work, I don't know if I'll ever catch up. I want to go to bed and pull the covers over my head all day, but I can't. Why can't my family be crisis-free for just a little while?
-
hugs Jane.
-
Awwhhhh Jane!!! Hugs and prayers to you and your dh!!!!
-
I just stopped by to say HI ladies! I haven't been on here in quite a while, since November I think! I didn't read through all the posts of course, but I see some of the names I remember, Barbe, Coonie, EWB, mom2two, etc.
No housework for me, surgery on Friday, 6/11/10.
Gentle hugs to all of you awesome ladies!
Happy Humpday!
-
gentle hugs to YOU!
-
I seem to have missed an awful lot in one week ((((( Elaine, Jane and Barb)))) Has anyone heard back from Lucy?
-
Coonie I love the pics too, just so cute!
Jane I'm so sorry to hear what you and your DH are going through. No wonder you are weary. I hope you get some answers soon.
Hi 2new1s, good luck for your surgery on Friday.
Mum I pm'd Lucy but have not heard back from her yet. Just praying that she's OK.
Hugs to all you dust bunnies. xoxo
-
HUgs to all, with extra dose today for
Jane,EWB,Barb, lucy who keep on being Super bunnies, through their trials.
Coonie, hope you are better, and hope to talk with you soon.xxx
Jayne, lovely to see you. Make sure you pm me if you ever come down south ya hear!
Hi 2newones, hope all goes super smoothly for your surgery.
Too much on here, somehow it seems to have made it hard for me to write here, and in the thick of it and doing reasonable job of it, lemonette, as always. Next appt is theSpine specialist next week, not fussed, so used to working with how things are, i can't focus on it at present anyway, there isn't the latitude for that, so, one thing, or well twelve things at a time and just getting on. Tribunal management hearing in the a.m in prep for the new issued /Tribunal.(special needs education stuff) yeeeea ha, looking forward to seeing my DH at the weekend, and,
someone is coming over with their "big dog" whom DS just bonded with last week, the dog so reliably
fetched the ball and braught it back to him for "more play" that he was completely besoted with it. So glad it is a pal from school , so that we might make this quite a regular thing as it was so good for my boy, you should have seen him, he was thrilled, and soothed all at onece, which considering his huge stress of late, is suchhhh a blessing.
xx well bunnies, love you and leave you, got to prep for phone Tribunal stuff.
Shiny
-
((((((((((((Shinygirl))))))))))) I sent you an email few days ago. I hope you got it.
How NEAT that your boy got to play with a real doggie. Does he have one himself, or this was just a friend?? Dogs are REALLY good pets for kids.........well, adults too, but kids and dogs become good buddies.....there's just a love and bond there that's different with humans......strange, I know. I'll sure being sending good vibes and prayers for spine specialist appt and tribunal necessities. Try not to get too overloaded.....I know you're looking for to DH being back in the saddle.....maybe that'll help take a little bit of the load off your shoulders.
Lucy Lucy Lucy!!! Has anybody heard from her?? I'm worried.....
I finally found Kathleen!! I was fixing to call out the hounds to sniff her down. May have to do the same with Lucy too......and Arnie...and MaryRose....and Vivvygirl.....
Ohhhh 2new1's --- it's soooooooo great to see you!! Good luck on the upcoming surgery. Seems like we were talking about your surgery last time you were on. Hope everything is going good in your world!!
big big hugs to all you bunnies!!!!
