I'm just off the phone with Saint!!!
It's been ages since we've had a 'real' conversation.
As she says, their household has been "hectic" for the last several weeks. The play concluded with a performance yesterday and they struck the set until late into the night. Cinderella is exhausted, but delighted at the same time.
Saint was able to attend church yesterday, but then went home immediately afterward and crawled back into bed.
Her sister has returned to FL.
Their college son was indeed able to be home for the weekend & was able to atttend the play. Saint was also able to attend the full production as well. Since we'd seen her DD's play in the fall, we were able to talk about the other leads in this show that we'd seen previously. So that was fun to catch up on.
She has returned to Xeloda as her treatment of choice, as it's worked for her in the past & was only discontinued for the rads etc. So she has returned to that protocal. Prayers that it will work wonders.
The birthday cards continue to arrive. She says that she has surpassed 100 and she reported having such a good time opening them...... international, et. al. and asked me to extend a great big thank you to each and all for joining in the celebration.
She continues to have a rotation of friends who come to spend the afternoons with her. She has an amazing support system.
Please continue to keep her in your prayers & hearts.

Strength and courage.
Strength and courage.
Strength and courage.
and of course she would have me add: "Be well & stay strong."
Edited to get a picture on the top of a new page:
