Hugserooooooooooooni!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
The two of us finally connected via phone tonight around dinner.
We need more & more prayers for our saint.
She has times of feeling half-way human, & then back to her having fevers at the end of the day.
Hugs.
Red ribbons.
Prayers.

I was telling Saint about this 'decoration' across the road from our house. It's some kind of strange looking (headless) character with 2 orange gourds for boobs. I don't have the nerve to take a picture but being single breasted I feel I should go and (ahem) 'steal' one of the 'boobs'.
Gentle hugs Saint.
Edit to add, I must be a bit strange if I think I'd be embarrassed to take a picture and instead resort to 'boob' theft.

Not a good day--AGAIN, but I WAS encouraged by my blood counts--it has been 5 days since my last transfusion & my RBC is still at 9! yes, it went down, but much slower than in the past--so I hope this is the beginning of a new trend!!!! Just wish I could shake the aches & pains & FEVERS!!!!!!
DD's dress rehearsal for parents is tonite---I MUST feel well enough to go---gonna take a nap=====HUGS all--be well & stay strong
-
Fingers crossed the nap gives you enough strength for tonight. Sorry it's another poopy day. Gentle hugs.
-
Saint. I know how you've always 'lived' at the theatre during the final week of preparation. I know that your being "laid low" is a reminder of your humanity.
I can't wait to hear if you were able to make it to the dress rehersal & then to hear your review of the production. You deserve such pride in your sweet daughter -- for her to be so very talented & yet be so very lovable, kind, and considerate is such a reflection on you and your dear hubs.
We're really looking forward to sitting in her audience and seeing the whole thing for ourselves.
Sending prayers that your numbers stay up and that your aches receed. Maybe the adrenaline of the curtin opening will bouy you thru your body's reality.
Gentle hugs.
Strength & courage.
Strength & courage.

Saint you need another hug or two .HUGGSSSSS .

Good Friday to you Saint! Glad your numbers are holding their own.
That body of yours just needs to kick that fever and those aches and pains to the curb!
ENOUGH ALREADY, huh?
I commit my day to continual prayers for you---no fever---no aches and pains!
LOTS OF STRENGTH AND ENERGY!!!!
((((Gentle Hugs))))
Oh Sharon----please don't be stealing boobs. You could get a BUS (boob under shirt) for that, and you DON'T want that on your record. LOL
-
I'll call you today.

I am getting a transfusion at this moment & we plan to go to the play tonite!! Fingers, eyes, legs & all are crossed!

Happy, happy, happy news!!!
Just spoke with saint (while driving out here to be 'geegee' to my real pips) and she's feeling MUCH better. The terrific news is that she got to see the play last night!!!
She was able to sit in the crazy, uncomfortable seats for 3 hours and be awe-struck by her talented daughter's performance in the lead role.
Saint was also able to attend church this morning for the first time in a couple weeks: whoohoooo!
She is planning on having her Navelbine treatment tomorrow, late morning. So now our prayers can shift to that focus.
We will be at their house on Thurs night, THIS week!!!!
That's the plan............

Hugs and hopes for a good week my friend. -
