    I was up late until 3:30 with this obsession of mine. I will let it go for now.

    As long as i know how to get to this board.

    Today its another coolish (perfect for hot flushes) day. lol

    Out having fun I hope. I went to store earlier got stuff for salad and a few other things. Oh I messed up bought a lil honey bun. I ate it then read the calories. 340 CALORIES. It went straight to my hips. But it was good .lol I hadnt eaten yet and wanted something quick. I was more into reading bread calories instead of honey bun calories. I bought cinammon bread not to bad on calories. Wanting something different.

    As my slightly puggy 10 year old son reminds me: donuts have fewer fat and calories than blueberry muffins!

    I just had a DR appt, needed some prescriptions. I walked it was a beautiful day.

    I did little food shopping got home ate dinner, and that was my day.

    Kbug.. sometimes we have to eat somethings they have high calories. As long as you enjoyed it!

    Hi All, Just got in from work, waiting for my DD to arrive from her International trip.  She parked her car at my house for the duration.  Probably won't be eating supper until later.

    Mak, donuts do have less calories, I don't know about the fat content.  I love Dunkin Donut's Boston Kreme filling with the chocolate icing on top. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

    I know they do!  And yes, they have less fat than blueberry muffins too.  My son LOVES muffins, one of the few foods he eats.  Now he jokes that he may as well get a donut at DD instead of the muffin!

    Have fun with your daughter.  Hope the wind and rain does not delay her.

    Sheila, glad you enjoyed your walk.  I could not walk today.  Kids were home from school and it was rainy and windy all day.  Yucky!

    She is home safe and sound, I worry so much when she travels across the ocean.  Rebekah is my only child and I don't know what I would do if she were to die in a plane crash.  I know ppl say it is safer than driving a car, but I just worry.

    I feel the same way. The day any of my girls are on the plane., Don't watch TV. And I always following the airline schedule. I drive myself crazy. But you know what I think thats my own fear.

    I'm terrified of flying. I am glad she is home safe

    Her next trip is the beginning of November, she is going to Venena then to Germany, then home for a while.

    Glad your daughter is safe on the ground.  Enjoy her company.

    My boys had a 4 day weekend...........I had 5 boys over today for the day, while their moms worked.  It makes for a LONG day!

    They always do this for Columbus Day weekend.  The teachers have an inservice day and the kids are at home.    No ones sick here, thank God!

    BUSY!!!  I has so many errands to run, cupcakes to make for a friends birthday, homework and a makeup soccer game after school.  It was COLD!!!  But, I'm sure you know that.  How was your day?

    Linda.... it wasn't that cold today. Didn't do much. I'm looking at the ceiling fan and thinking   it has to come apart, cleaned, I wish I could hose it down.

    I wish I could take my ceiling fans and hose them down.  I don't think my kitchen floors would appreciate that!
