Good Morning All,

I hope your scan went well also and I am thinking of all of you.  Today is Columbus Day so I have the day off.  With the morning sun coming in the family room I can see that the windows need cleaning, alread did the inside, later I will do the outside.  I am using windex non streak and I am still getting streaks.  Maybe its the Bounty towels.  Anyone have secrets on how NOT to get streaks on the windows??

Deb...I don't know if this helps you with the streaks but Bounty towels are very soft. Try a cheap one. I got a store brand non soft just for the windows.

I have heard that you should not clean windows while the sun is shining on them.  Not sure why.

I am making some chowder today.  Beautiful day!  The kids are having friends over.

It's my 18th anniversary today, but we celebrated that over the weekend.

We have rain forcasted and my new windows (5 months old) are leaking!!  I went to wash them off and had more water inside than out!!  Of course the contractor didn't show up today!

I got home at 2 and napped till 5. Oh I needed that. I was not nervous about the scan. Had a peace. God is good.

I made clam chowder, actually went online and found the recipe from Legal Seafood.  It was delicious!!!  I put soem fish in it too, just don't tell my DH!!

I have heard that about newpapers too.  I thought they used to do that ages ago, when they used a different kind of ink.  Let me know if it works!!  Or if you want to come by and try it out on my windows, I will let you!
