-
I lost about 45 pounds in less than a year.
-
I'm glad you can eat now, doesn't mean you have to stuff your face all day, but thank God you are better now can afford to gain some.
I am right now 172lb 5'5" tall. Oh my God thats scary. I need to go back to 163lb I feel good at that weight

Have a nice day ladies. I go for a long walk now.
-
Wow you have been busy calculating .
Enjoy the walk. I should try to walk a lil more. I am not as short of breath as was. So not on oxygen now. That is a great feeling.
-
It looks like we are all just little over weight. Lets lose some weight! I just don't know how to do it! I have tried everything. 3 weeks ago I started doing aerobics again, along with my daily walks (3-5 miles 5 days a week), and I bike ride, play soccer mow the lawn, etc.........I should be thin!!! HELP!!!!!!!
-
They say stress keeps people from losing also. I was going to ask what is for lunch ? I need to eat soon since not much eaten today.
-
I had wheat pita bread and hummus. What did you have?
-
I layed down took a nap and missed lunch
-
A nap sounds good, better than lunch. Does that mean you won't eat? You need to eat, keeps you healthy and the metabolism going.
Sheila, I am 5'3 not 5'2, typo, my bad. At this height, ever inch helps!
-
