I got back lil while ago. High winds other than that warm & sunny.Walked with eyes closed, they are burning. One of those days I'm thankful for being overweight otherwise I would've find myself in the air and landing on a tree branch  hehehe

I wonder how foots made out today.!

I pray she had a great day for a change she so deserves some great news.

I think I will have salad tonight. I had one last night was good. I need to get a battery for my scale. I hope I havent gained much weight in past few weeks. I will know when I get scan on Monday. We can all keep each other on a better path to healthy eating. Well I need the help. lol Big time.

Sheila, I think the winds from NY made it to Boston!  So windy here.  DH and I just went for a walk and we couldn't even hear each other talk!

Salad sounds good.  I like to put nuts and craisins in my salad.

We have lot of damage here Some lost their electricities, cars were damaged under fallen trees. Now its quiet.

I might make a cucumber, tomato & avocado salad with olive oil and vinegar. If I get hungry later.

DD just called her car was just missed by a fallen tree . Her car was only scratched

Pretty windy in my neck of the woods also.  Pinecones and acorns are falling off the trees.  The side road down the street is closed, I wonder what's going on?

I hope we hear from foots soon.
