    "If the sight of the blue skies fills you with joy,
    If a blade of grass

    An exerpt from her wonderful book "Pilgrim at Tinker Creek" Annie Dillard writes:

    There is always the temptation in life to diddle around making itsy-bitsy friends and meals and journeys for years on end. It is all so self-conscious, so apparently moral!But I won’t have it. The world is wilder than that in all directions, more dangerous,more extravagant and bright. We are raising tomatoes when we should be raising Cain, or Lazarus.

    If there was ever a time to dare,
    to make a difference,
    to embark on something worth doing,
    It is now.
    Not for any grand cause, necessarily...
    but
    for something that tugs at your heart,
    something that’s your inspiration,
    something that’s your dream.”
    Author UNKOWN------

    Build a little fence
    of trust
    Around today;
    Fill the space with loving work,
    And therein stay;
    Look not through the sheltering
    bars
    Upon tomorrow;
    God will help thee bear what
    comes
    Of joy or sorrow.

    Thanks for noticing! I am so grateful to be finished with chemo. My bones feel like jello and I am sooo weary, but know this is the last time I have to feel this! God has been so good to me throughout this treatment process. I have learned many lessons, and I am sure will continue to. God Bless you!
