cat poop is a delicacy to dogs
-
As for the allergies - Sharon - drugs are probably the best bet. But, I did hear once that when you have bad allergies if you eat honey that is made from bees in your area (every day a tsp) - you will start to build natural immunities.
-
Thanks for all the remedies. I love when I start the morning with a chuckle as I read. The drowning ummmmm, I mean saline solution sounds interesting. As well as the honey theory. Just so long as you got that right Checkum........it's honey, not cat poop right?
-
Checkum is entirely correct - cat poop is a dog delicacy.
-
Today is the big day--- 1st re-check mammogram.... pins/needles....
-
& yes Sharon dear -- it is honey, not poop LOL
-
Although what is honey -- is it bee poop ???
-
I am crossing my fingers and toes that you have a clear mammo - and saying prayers. That should cover it. Good luck - let us know.
-
Good luck Checkum! I´m sending you my best wibes and energy.
I will have my MRI early wednesday morning and my appointment with my doctor thursday next week. I recon I will have to do a lot of escaping next week. Counting on getting some great laughs here with you girls
)
Have a wonderful day...
-
Good luck Checkum and Idun!!!!!
-
OK - so here is the jist of my day... to say I am a little wound up would be an understatement.
I show up at the appointment for my mammo and the lady says she can't find me on the schedule --- chemo brain set in again the appointment was for the 18th not the 17th... this is at 11AM. So she says to me - oh well we can get you in this afternoon since you are in the area. I say ok - and at 2PM back I go. Then they have me put the little gown thingy on and sit in the waiting area for a tech.
The tech comes out and says... did you have your records transferred here with your past films ?? I tell them yes, and that I had called and that they confirmed they had them. Turns out they have the CD with the MRI and Ultrasound - but none of the past mammo films.
Then comes the BOMB.... she says I can't do additional views if I don't know what I am comparing to. I said that I was just there for my yearly re-check and she says the DR ordered additional views... WTF!!! Now I am thinking all kinds of crap and my head is going crazy....so I drove up to the hospital that took the original mammogram picked up the films and tomorrow I am going back for whatever they are going to do. I really hope that when I had that lump checked that the dr. wasn't sandbagging something... that just doesn't seem fair.
-
Awwww well darnit Checkum!!!!!!!!!! It's my habit to use more flowery language but I won't.
When I used to play in an orchestra a bad rehersal always meant a great concert. Here's to a great concert for you tomorrow.
Gentle gentle hugs.

thanks --- I am trying to keep my head in "happy land" not "cancer sucks land"
-
