Ok Kathleen.........how much longer girl? Seems like it's been forever for us......and I KNOW it does for you. I absolutely HATE hospitals. One night is one too many for me. Hang in there and get well. We'll be waiting on you when you get back.

Talked to Kathleen on the phone last night... her spirits seemed good and we laughed alot.

Kathleen wants to go home but has no one to care for her as her sister is out of the country for a wedding of all things......I'm sorry but my family comes first before a wedding and I told Kathleen that is how I felt about the whole thing!>......

When I talked to her last night she said her sister was coming back either yesterday or today... she said her younger sister had been with her recently... I'm gonna call her Sunday so I'll know for sure then...

I talked to Kathleen yesterday afternoon. We musta kept the phone ringing. We yakked til her sister and nieces came to visit.

My mom, who was dx in 2001, saw the card in my car with an unknown address to her and I told her about Kathleen's rough journey and she wrote down the address and was going to mail her a letter of encouragement also.

Read a post somewhere saying you'd still be in for a few weeks. Gosh, obviously you were in dire need of help as you struggled at home! Glad to hear the foot is coming along.

Hey ladies... that was me posting an update on Kathleen... I talked to her last night via phone and her spirits are good...just tired of the hospital food. lol She'll be coming home on July 29th, they are still giving her IV antibiotics, a course of three different ones. We laughed alot and told stories about our animals...past and present. She's a sweetie.
