Upper inner, left side for me too.

Mine was upper outer on the left breast. I read that 60% of all bc start in the upper outer area of the breast? Nancy

Left . 12 to 2 oclock postion

left breast, outside lower & inside

right, 11:00 2.2 cm IDC, 9:00 2.1 cm IDC, lower inner quadrant .5cm DCIS

left breast 12:00 straight up from nipple - dissapears when I lay down, can only feel it if I am sitting up without hands raised..

Left breast....6 o'clock straight down position...could not be felt.......found on MRI 1+cm including biopsy and surgery........

Right side, upper outer quadrant, 10:00

Upper inner quad about 11:00, I felt it, primary care doc couldn't, and radiologist said that it would have been missed if I hadn't felt it (and they did a diagonsitc mammogram instead of a screening one) and was able to tell them where it was because it was kind of deep, but I still have good margins.

Mine was right breast, upper inner (3 o'clock position) quadrant.

Mine was outer left breast, only slightly in the lower quadrant 3:30 position.

I think (only because I am still so confused by all these reports) upper outer extending to nipple, right side. And I am right handed. Something I have wondered about if we develope it on the side we use most?

My initial lumpectomy was in the upper, outer quadrant (left breast) but dirty margins led to a mastectomy for extensive, multicentric DCIS.
