Sounds like your challenge is the weather and distance to the shore house. Sorry for the stress. Selling a home could be very stressful.

Ladies quick comment.....called Habitat for Humanity.....they take anything as long as it is nice....and sell it at their stores....and use the money to rehab and build homes for the poor.........what better.....Salvation Army had no truck to come to my town at the shore....called them first
