Lisa, I love that color. I planted a new hybrid this summer. I don't know if I have any blooms that aren't spent at this point to take any pics. . Mine was almost a raspberry color called Summer Crush.

Thanks, Nancy. My feelings go up and down and I'm still struggling with anxiety at times, but things are less intense than when my twin sister died 3 months ago.

Cathy, it is a process. Same for me. I am still seeing my social worker and will probably go until my next mammogram is over at the end of Sept. Yes, my photography is a great escape and a very healing activity for me right now and always has been.

Lisa, I have never been on the West coast so I can live vicariously through your beautiful photos.

I visited the Butterfly House again and will post some pics when I have time. While the pool is closed for maintenance I am getting some inside decluttering and cleaning done. Where does all of this stuff come from. It's like the weeds in my garden this year.............a never ending job!!

I am hoping to face my fears in crazy traffic and make my way to the Chicago Botanic Garden tomorrow and see their last day of their Butterfly Exhibit. So hopefully I will be posting more pics soon.
