I also loved Silly Putty and did the same things with the comics. I bought Silly Putty for my nieces when they were young.

Why colored fake vodka was in those little bottles Ducky...the bottles were to prepare us for little nips and little bottles for plane rides. Tee hee....

Remember back in the day when running shoes didn't cost an arm and a leg? These were like ten bucks and came in so many colors that I started a collection with my babysitting money. In grade 6 I remember every single kid had a pair in a variety of colors. It was so funny.... One kid had just moved to our school and didn't have any so we just had to offer ours up so he didn't feel left out.

I even had a gold pair...... so stylin', Lol.

Yes, blue tennis shoes with gold stripes and gold laces! Those were the only kind to have. Fourth grade was the last time I was up to date with all the fashions.
