X FACTOR Season 3 ~~~ THE VOICE Season 5

Possible! -
I would be very sad if Josh goes tonight. And I thought Kat stepped it up, but I just am not a Jonny fan or an Austin fan. Loved Will & Jacquie Lee the most last night. -
Who do you think will go home? -
I'm thinking James...Cole or Kat -
OK now I can see all the names (sorry for posting the same picture again) -
I wonder how many will be sent home?
3 will be eliminated including 1 save..... -
Are you all sleeping? -
Austin is safe! -
Hi Teka -
James is also safe!
I'll continue to watch, and like the new elimination process this season.
Adam is looking older with hair long & slicked back. -
Good Night -
Bummed Josh left, but happy about almost everyone else's fate. -
I'm a little surprised that Cole made it, glad that Ray made the cut, despite the song Blake picked for him, -
X Factor so far is not having a good night
Hi Joni
Hi Karen -
Hey sheila, we have 300 channels and nothing good to watch, thank goodness for the computer that lets us stay in touch. Has your, Rachel, made it through? -
Rachel didn't sing yet
I will update you if she is good will send you the link
tomorrow is the elimination night -
Sorry i need to talk to myself
The best 2 contestants are bottom 2 and 1 going home
Karen..that includes Rachel -
I'm going to turn it on now -
Oh, your Rachel went home, I heard her sing and thought she was excellent. -
Well it happens and the show goes on
i noticed something about the voice and X Factor...None of the previous winners became famous or heard them again -
Where did everyone go? I'm not jumping up and down for anyone so far, almost for Will though. -
Karen....they all sounded very flat something is wrong with the audio system
Will gets my vote -
Where did you go??????????? -
Didn't think anyone was here, no one except Will and now Tessane have excited me so far, looking forward to Ray singing. -
I do like Ray, his manner, his voice and his romantic style. -
Ray has class.... -
Interesting evening.
Performers get spiffier each week! -
Will, Ray, TessAnne & James Wolpert! Elimar-your boy rocked it tonight with Harry's song, IMHO. -
Well, it happened again. I fell asleep (but cut me some slack because it came on later this week.) So only saw the online clips for a few of them, without the coach comments.
Besides being a pretty boy, I did not think that Ray had that much going on BUT he did well last night. I say "most improved" for him, and I hope it keeps him around for another week. Matt and Jacquie did well, nothing mind-blowing.
I do like Tessanne. Yes, she gave a good performance last night. I liked her "growl." The trouble I am having with her is that she always pushing the limit of her power and I am hearing flat notes, yet the judges never get onto her for them. Go to the online clip and listen again to her wail near the end and you will see what I mean. Or maybe she just needed some Pips. Hee hee.
I, for one, am glad they sat Kat down at the piano at the start. For the second week in a row, I liked her, and on this song her voice was reminding me of Annie Lennox (Eurythmics) but without the English accent. That's a plus in my book. Can anyone tell me why her back-ups had Phantom masks on?
James, even tho' good, has been failing to really wow me. But you do have to realize that he is probably the only male who would attempt a Nilsson song. (Maybe Matt would.) Harry Nilsson had a three-plus octave range. When you sing one of his songs it is definitely to show off your own range (remember that Mariah covered this?) so it was a good song choice. To me, James is now coming across as a lead for musical theater rather than front man for a band. Maybe he will get the Phantoms next week.
Lately, I'm having a hard time picking my top performers. Much easier to pick the bottom ones. I think it might be Austin, Cole and Caroline at the bottom this week. Caroline needs to go. When you see her in the group number, you can't help but realize she is out of her league.
I notice it takes me several paragraphs to write what others can put into one sentence. I tend to babble on when I talk too. -
Yes, I was way into Caroline initially, but she fails to move me now. Everything is the same!
I've not been an Austin or Cole fan at all.
I agree with your assessment on Tessanne, E. She needs to not power house it so much all the time & the same goes for Matthew.
Will & Ray have been 2 of my favs from the beginning. Like Jacquie too.
Tonight should be interesting, because of course at this point it isn't the "Voice". It's "Popular Choice".
And I thought I was fairly current with knowing music for the most part, but last week & this week, I haven't been familiar with a lot of the newer songs which makes it less enjoyable for me. I like to know the song so I have something to compare.
