Congratulations to our first AI winner Kelly
she is pregnant -
-
I found the song choices unfamiliar to me too, and it surely does make it less enjoyable. I like Ray also, like to hear some Louisiana Bayou songs from him, I think he would shine. I liked Jaquie Lee and her song choice from last week, was less fond of last night's - it didn't seem to fit her. -
-
I totally agree -
Adam or Christina have the winner this year. -
Adam -
I thought the "group sings" were fun tonight, and you know I liked Cole a little better because of that ZZ Top song, but probably because he had the best ZZ beard interpretation, ya know?
I don't recognize all the newer songs. I'm split on them...some I like, some I don't. I do know that when they sing an old classic, I am more critical. Not that I want them to sound just like the classic BUT if they do change it up, it has to make sense and sound good. (One of my favorite performances of this season was when Nic Hawk did "Genie In A Bottle," and that is a good example of what I mean.) -
Watching AMA and enjoying it...
Good Night -
Hi sheila, I'm watching too, so many artists I don't know, I was rooting for Luke Bryan but not Taylor Swift. -
HI
TS won over Miranda and Carry.....
Enjoyed Rihanna with her Diamond soNG
Also JLO she looks so good and she can dance
Finally I know who One Direction Boy Group...I enjoyed their performances
Lady Gaga so so......
Overall it's music night and i love it
Hugs -
It was a good show, our favorite? won artist of the year, should have gone to Rhianna. Night sheila, sleep well and see you tomorrow, Karen -
Artist of the year TS ??????
I didn't like her dress and she has no class
Sorry..my true feelings
On the other hand I enjoyed Miley's song not the outfit
good Night Karen -
I agree with you completely!! -
I'm not a fan of James...but tonight -
ditto, ditto, ditto. -
Cole was good....... -
Will ---- oh my lord, that was fantastic!!!1 -
yes yes -
Overall it's been a pleasant night....I'm enjoying it -
Jacquie was amazing -
Good lord, she slayed it, 16 years old, how can it be. -
I think tonight was the first time I felt our show was back with talents
i voted more than one contestant
Have a good Night Karen -
It was a great show, some of the performances were so utterly fantastic, I got goose bumps. Are you bracing for a storm sheila, ours is supposed to start tomorrow evening and extend through Wednesday. -
We are expecting very heavy rain starting tomorrow night through Wednesday my area is getting 2+ -
Glad to read everyone else was impressed by the talent tonight. The competition is ON now!
I thought I heard Adam say that James picked the Queen song for himself, but then I thought I heard Christina say she picked the J5 song that Jacquie did. So, I don't know who was coming up with the song choices, or if they had any format at all, but the song tonight were good for showcasing the individuals.
Really liked James, Will, Ray and Jacquie. Tessanne o.k., and she was about the only one who had any color to her outfit tonight. Cole was o.k., but I'm just not much of a country fan. Liked Matthew's energy, but I felt his vocals were a bit off. Caroline o.k., but nothing special about her performance.
Big Winners of the Night: James Earl Jones and Malcolm McDowell in the Sprint commercials. Hilarious! -
Well here on the west coast Matthew just got done. I didnt know the song & I didn't like the song. I felt he was reaching to hard to pull off the staging Christina wanted for the song. James rocked it! He's the only one so far that I've liked. Hope Will, Ray & Jacquie are as good as you guys are saying. -
Yes they were! I actually voted last night-James, Will (who is my fav), Ray & Jacquie each got about 10 votes from me! I would be happy if Cole & Matthew left tonight, but I doubt that will happen.
-
Hi Joni...Caroline & Cole should leave tonight
Cole was good but I can't feel anything for him the same goes for Caroline -
